I Love my Lund cover. Trailer 100% of the time covered. Mine is a 2016 Lund Impact 1675 and most of the issues with mine look to be fixed. One thing that would be nice to change the front edge of the cover to a different color. When rolled up it is difficult to find when putting on the boat. Also the cover needs some additional protection at the point on the windshield where the small rod is to keep from wearing through. It should be a front to back placing on and back to front removal if 2 people. Quick and easy.
The cover itself is good however, the rubber clips that go into the rail tear easily when taking the cover off. They rip along the stitch line regardless of how carefully you remove them. Have the engineers who design them actually repeatedly used them? My buddy has a Crestliner with very durable easily placed and removed clips. Wish Lund had used something similar…….
I have this cover. Curious if anyone ever uses it while moored at a dock. Looks like it should work fine if you had access from both sides (like in a slip).
It's not sealed on the bow. That's not a travel cover, air and rain is going to get up under the cover from the bow and balloon up! That's a mooring cover only.
I have the previous version which is basically the same design at the bow. A very small amount of water does seep under the canvas at the front in a hard rain. The carpet just gets a little damp, not a big deal. Mine does not balloon up even at highway speeds. There’s to much wind pressure coming over the top of my cab height camper shell to allow it to happen. Never had a problem with it ballooning before I had the camper shell either.
I agree Yosemite. Just a small amount on water at front with heavy rain, nothing into the boat. Have traveled thousands of miles with cover on with no problems.
Nice quality cover just got mine. Not impressed that there is no support pole to raise the cover in the bow, water pools greatly and rain gets under @ the bow aswell.

What if you have a kicker and/or a power pole.?
How small does it fold up to?

I never trailer with a cover on,
Supposed to so it keeps the boat clean

It is important to start from the front as he does. Starting fro. The back of the boat can be a pain
Where can it be ordered?
Will the cover work with bow mount trolling motor?
Normally you take the trolling motor off it’s’ bracket before putting cover on
Will cover allow for kicker, power pole etc?
Kicker - yes.
Weight?
Does it work for side console as well?
Yes, it's very similar for the side console.
Nice cover except the lock down tabs will never lasts a year! Sooner or later though! Your getting closer to making a good one.
Where can I buy this cover in Alberta Canada

The front snaps and straps hold the cover down to minimize water while traveling in the rain and also eliminates any balloon effect.
I have this cover but mine has 2 center straps that are tightened to stop movement and shed water. and it works amazing.

If someone needs to be shown how to do this then how did they ever make it to adulthood?
Just hang around a ramp on opening day and observe. You'll wonder who ties their shoes for them.
Yeah no kidding. I saw a guy drop his brand new lund on the boat ramp last spring. We were rofl'ing
There’s a right and a wrong way to do everything.
Hey happy camper, I bet you’re wearing dawgs or crocs right now.
Easy for a young guy to jump in and out of boat
Easy for 2 person don’t have to jump in and out
Now do it while it's on the dock
