Dear JJR, as a cake decorator myself, I have a lot of people say that they don't want to eat my cakes because they look too beautiful to eat. To them I will say that I would be hurt if they didn't cut into it and eat it because of how much work I put into to making it taste good. 😋 Love you're show! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
I'm English and I say caramel (ca-ra-mel) Ca like cat, Ra like rat and Mel like the name :) Car-mul, cur-a-mel I've only ever heard Americans say or pronounce differently regardless of state
I like how Brits say Aluminum. The first time I heard it, I was like, "What the flip are they saying?" I had to replay it in my head till I figured out. lol
Valerie Gonzalez it’s spelt how it sounds, “aluminium”. There’s an extra i in the last part in British English, hence the difference in pronunciation, but they’re both acceptable :)

I have anxiety disorders, so I often get really stressed, especiall now that I'm back at school, but I look forward watching your videos every Tuesday. They really help me cope and refocus. I'm so glad you're back.
Haven't been watching your shows for a while, and this is the first one in about two months. Loving the commentary by your fabulous camera crew- this is probably one of my favourite episodes so far! I also love caramel :) Good to be back :)

In Australia (well at least everyone I know here) says it as Ca-rah-ml. We dont pronounce the E at the end but also dont blend the 2 first silables like some do that say "carmel" (or at least that how it sounds to us.. lol) Very similar to how you say it in this vid JJR
When one of the guys (sorry, don't remember names) said "Holy cow" I started to laugh. Years ago I taught English as a Second Language - colloquial words were the hardest to explain. One student from Bogota asked me "What colour is a holy cow?" About died laughing. Oh, and it's ca-ra-mel. Carmel is s place in California. 😅
The place in California is more pronounced “car-MEH-L” with emphasis put on the second syllable. When people pronounce caramel as carmel, the emphasis is put on the first syllable and the second syllable ends up being more like the word mull. So like CAR-mull so like it’s still different haha. It should be 3 syllables though but that’s at least how they make the distinction here in California
I’ve enjoyed JJR making cakes. But the camera and sound crew have made this 5 star show 10 stars!!! I love the singing!!! Please do more 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼💜
