This style of Hebrew Karate was perfected day by day inside "Jackson Pike aka The Workhouse" (3rd Worst County Jail in America) in 2019! I was blessed to be locked up with an Ninjah from across seas who knew that we was Israelites. I knew the Hebrew Karate moves but he helped with my footing, hand positions, and etc to make sure it made sense.
