Hello everyone~ welcome to The Common Corner.
I attended the Stationery Fest 2024 in Manchester, U.K. on the 29th of June, and I had the best time.
I have had to be patient and wait until my exams are over in order to film this video, however this gave me a chance to engage with all the items I purchased from the fest and give you a little bit of a review on them.
I met so many beautiful people here, and made some long lasting friendships~ I can't wait for next year.

~Here are some of the things I mentioned in the video:

Gosh, I am so happy and excited that the travelers notebook cover has found such a warm and happy home. It was getting a bit sad in my drawer. You are already a pro at traveler’s notebooks! So excited to see it in person ❤

I love your videos! Thank you so much for sharing 😊. Just in case anyone wanted to know, the PET tape with the little house and flowers is by OURS studio “All The Flowers”. I have a roll hehe.
Oh, before I forget -- I think the tape where you cut out the stickers is called PET, and I’ve heard the watercolour instrument called both a “water pen” and a “water brush.”

My first thought on seeing your Common Corner table was sadness then I realised that the broken edge looks like torn collage ephemera which made me smile a little and reminded me of kintsugi, I imagined a gold gilded edge, and I felt a connection that broken things can still be beautiful in their own new uniqueness. Thank you for continuing to use of your lovely beautiful little table (even if it is temporary). Please accept my sincerest apologies if this comment upsets you, that is not my intention, I connected to your table with my own challenges in life and I wanted to appreciate that.
Thank you for introducing me to the Japanese tea shop in Angel. I used to walk to and back from Angel a lot but since becoming disabled that has come to a stop. I have some great memories of the area so I’m looking forward to creating a plan to revisit Angel again. 🙏🏽🫶🏽✍🏾🙌🏾🥰

I love that you ladies met (Jo and you) at the event. I've been following your videos from Argentina. I'm into stationery and the only items from Travelers that I got where purchased last year in London at Selfridges. For Hobonichi, I had to order them online and I'm on my first avec now.
Tell us how the Eurocup experience is locally. I'm following the Copa America on the other side of the ocean. Argentina and England might end up playing next. America vs Europe is the next step after winning each continent cups. Who knows!

I enjoy your videos very much! They are my cozy and calm moment of the week. Although I die of shock every time there is an ad, hahaha (RUclips turns up the volume) and 12 have appeared. I have seen that other creators put them at the beginning and at the end, could this be possible? By the way, speaking of relaxation, has anyone played Snufkin on the switch? Thanks to this channel I have fallen in love with the Moomim again :)

Hi. I wanted to know where did you get your weather stickers or stamps. Love your videos. Congratulations on completing your third year as a medical student. My daughter is starting her first year in a couple of weeks.
I don’t know where she got them, but I watched the name in @jojournal90 : Kodomo no Kao Pochitto Button Stamp ( maybe it’s usefull for finding them). 😊

Apologies for the late reply~ but indeed I agree with the rest of the replies~ Pochitto button stamp is the name, and I shopped with Gretel Creates to get them, but perhaps they can be found in other online stationery stores as well! 🌾
