So on New years eve I decided that this would be the year of complete submission for me.
I never heard of this conference had no clue what I was clicking when I started watching it. I don't make resolutions this was just a private thought.
And quite literally was led to watch this conference which has been so confirming about what he wants from me. I hope others have been touched this way what a blessing.
God is so amazing. The thoughts you had, He provided for you and lead you to this amazing word. He loves you and wants to be close to you. I love this! Sara in 2017 I had the same prayer; that Lord I want to go deeper. Then I watched Ps.Matt Chandler's passion sermon and that begun for me a journey into the depths of God to this day. I dont attend any kind of passion colleges but i happen to be listening to karie jobe and her husband who i love to worship with and i actually ended up listening to the messages as well and how on time a word i really needed in my life as a single mom of three and knowing i am not alone God is always with me even if i dont feel it because I AM His and Made in His Image and nothing else Matters But Jesus and His Love For Me and mt kids!!!! And issues of misunderstanding in our faith shouldn't be dismissed merely as "division" in the church. People have questions that legitimately need to be answered. If you run into someone at church who disagrees over faith vs works, then that's a serious issue to work out that shouldn't be dismissed. If you're not making sure you're living in truth, then you could potentially have some major things wrong about your faith.
I really love this message, but I just don't understand why she feels the need to 'scream' it. I've noticed that she tends to deliver he messages in this manner. I know she's filled with passion, but I don't think it necessary to always scream it. There is something to be said for a calm peaceful delivery.

While I believe the Bible prohibits women from preaching to men, I certainly also believe that the prophetic gift is distributed to men & women alike (& that there are many ways in which women can exercise their God given gifts to minister to others). Grace has come my friend, grace and freedom in Christ. Its always men who 'use' 1Tim 2:12 against woman preaching the word of God, but what you do not realize, is that Paul was speaking to a cultural context of those days. What then will you do with woman preachers like Joyce Meyer, Pricilla Shirer, Heidi Baker and lots of other ?? No calling, no fruit.. but when you're cálled..!! 👥👥👥👥👥

Read verse 14 of 1 Timothy 2 and you will see that Paul appeals to the creation order (not to the cultural norms of his own time) for support of his statement, inspired by the Holy Spirit, that woman should neither teach nor have authority in the church. Therefore, your attempt to explain verse 12 away with the tired old "cultural context" rationalization falls short. You are not attacking me with your rebellion, but God himself.
Also, are you really going to argue that because people show up to hear the above mentioned women preach, that means they are called? Some of the most notorious heretics in the history of the church drew very large followings. For example, Arius, the British monk who taught that Jesus was not truly God, drew a very large following. 2 Timothy 4 talks about those who follow after teachers who tell them what their itching ears want to hear. According to your reasoning, these false teachers are called by God to do what they're doing because people come to listen to them. Human reasoning does not decide the matter but the Word of God. However, even your human reasoning is off the mark. The simple reality is that the above mentioned women, and all woman who step into the pulpit to preach, are in rebellion against God.
