I Like the recipe but I've switch the pasta from thick spaghetti to Angel hair . I Like to chew the thin strands more than the thick ones .
It just makes the pasta sauce taste better in my opinion.

What is the point is smashing the garlic after it's peeled? It's an unnecessary step and doesn't make it taste any better. I only smash it to release the skin to peel it easier.
