Done with this lesson. What struck me the most was the line "Aproverchar la occasion." which means Take the opportunity because I often missed some opportunities because of shyness and overthinking and those opportunities lead to regrets that I hope I have the courage to do so. As well as the line "El mentir y el compradar, ambos andan a la par." which means Beware of false friends because nowadays, you must find your right true circle to have healthier and happier mindset. ¡Muchas Gracias, Señor por esta lección!

What catches me is the "Quien tiene tienda que la atienda" or the "Let the shopkeeper mind his shop". It is similar to my aspiration today, which is "Amor Fati" or the love of one's fate. We need to embrace and mind our own selves and let our consciousness car drive us to the destination we want to reach.
    Muchas Gracias, Señor!

As an entrepreneurship student like me, the phrase "aproverchar la occasion" would be immensely effective and helpful. I've learned more as I've begun to take initiatives and embrace opportunities, which has improved my growth, particularly as I've started to take internships from various firms.

It was a very a great reminder for me to always make myself better everyday and stop sticking up with my bad habits as it will just put me in my worse path. And also, "Aproverchar la occasion," "andando el tiempo," "en boca cerrada no entran moscas," and "quien calla otorga." gracias por esta lección, Señor!

"Bienes mal adquiridos nadie han enriquecido" is the proverb that rang the most in my head for it was a very significant saying that is applicable in any aspect of life. No pain, no gain just like what everyone says. One would not know the genuine success behind every achievements in life if shortcut always concede. Also, life would eventually depreciate and whatever ill-gotten gains you've accumulated would have no meaning at all. So, it's very important to take note of the lessons from your mistakes rather than seeing it as a blinder that hinders your prosperity.

¡Muchas Gracias, Señor! The one that struck me the most, especially at this time, is "Quien no se arriesga no pasa la mar," which means "Nothing ventured, nothing won," because I am afraid to take risks, to seize opportunities that come my way as I am afraid of failing. But I realized that I needed to get out of my comfort zone since if I don't try anything, I'll never know what the outcome will be, just like you can't expect to achieve anything if you never take any risks.

Done watching this video. My favorite phrase is "El mentir y el compadrar, ambos andan a la par" since I am currently socializing with the new people I am with in the TESDA where I take Cookery class recently, so I think I must beware of false friend or those who is not good to company with.

My favorite proverb is that “El mentir y el compadrar, ambos andan a la par”, which means “Beware of false friends”. This realized me that growing up means a lot of your friends aren't really your friends, some friends are like pennies, two-faced and worthless.
