    In "Muhteşem Yüzyıl" series, we often hear something like:"Kes seseni"! for "shut up"! or "stop it"! especially:
    * Fehriya told it to one of the unsatisfied concubines.
    * Hurrem told it to her daughter Mihrimah exactly the moment of her divorce with Rustem.
    * Gülşah told it to one of the concubines the moment of her transfer.

    • @titocruzdavila
      @titocruzdavila 4 года назад

      That's true but in the first episode of “Muhteşem Yüzyıl", Valide Sultan told to Hürrem in Russian “shut up" and that phrase was written in Turkish as: kapa çeneni.
      Don't forget it!

    this is a special translation by me!

    • @atakan8595
      @atakan8595 3 года назад

      As a Turkish native, i'm tired of laughing, it's not "wave" it's actually can't translate. It's the Tukish way, but it's means "are you kidding me?"
      This is literally means "Benimle şaka mı yapıyorsun?" but we usally don't say this, we say "Benimle dalga mı geçiyorsun?"
      benimle
      ( (with) me)
      dalga
      (kidding)

What importance do you bear to me to give judgement? Why would you be important enough for me to care about your opinion?" and simliar.
