Angela deserves an Oscar just from that one line!
she does, unfortunately there are a lot of criticisms from directors like Martin Scorsese and Quentin Tarantino who would disagree about presenting an Oscar award to an actor or actress based of a superhero film. Though, if she would earn an Oscar for it, imagine the groundbreaking it would cause for future superhero films. I don't doubt she would be commended for Oscar in this role but again, discrimination is still present in Hollywood and most film makers undermine films made from supernatural beings aka superheroes

I'm sorry but that's pretty stupid. Ok it's sad that he passed away but actors get replaced all the time. Look at Hulk. So if an actor passes away in real life then the character dies too. Wtf is the logic in that. So the actor who played Dumbledore died. They didn't kill off his character. They replaced him then killed him off when it was required in the story. Just get a new actor
I don't know if anybody else felt this way but this trailer brought a flood of emotions for me as a black man. The year Chadwick died was one of the most emotional years I could remember. We lost Kobe, there was the murder of George Floyd and then when Chadwick died it just felt like at that time that the world did not want us here. I have never in my life cried at a celebrities death but the second I read that Chadwick had passed I broke down. We had finally had a representation of strength, courage, vulnerability and love manifested through his portrayal of Black Panther, we had finally had OUR super hero on the big screen and the world took it from us.

I recall a video I saw of Chadwick in an interview. He said that it doesn't matter what the Most High name is??? I was shock of this that it came out his mouth. He was very proud and foolish when he said this. It reminds of one the Beatles, John Lennon, when they were in the hype of their stardom. He said, "We are more famous than JC... Oh they didn't... The Most took them down......The Most High isn't playing in these last days.....

People aren't blind to what's happening to us and has happened to us as a people since we were brought over here. When Angela Bassett says have I not given everything! That's exactly what we have done. U used us for labor raped us took our children u take our men from us. We have given everything and still it's not enough! That preview was powerful beyond words that's why everyone was speechless!
I saw in an interview that it was Ryan Coogler himself. Asked his composer Lugwig Gorannsson how he'd fit them together and they made the magic happen.
As a black woman when she says, Have I not given EVERYTHING!!” it does something to my soul that I can’t explain. It’s beyond the race card or pointing fingers at anyone. It is DEEPLY personal and makes me bleed from places inside me I didn’t know was cut

I literally sobbed in the beginning of the movie from the whole ceremony they held
The fact the music is like "do you hear me, do you feel me, we gon' be alright!" kinda felt like it's something coming from Chadwick himself, you know? Like, "I'm not here anymore, but you can still feel me... I AM still here, and it's going to be fine. Life goes on."
I swear she deserves a Oscar just for the way that line was delivered

Black Panther Wakanda Forever was Premiered in Sweden yesterday nov 9th. I watched it with my kids like we always do with all the marvel films. I started bawling in the movie theatre from the opening scene. I dont think there was a dry eye in the theatre. I laughed a little the middle of the movie and cried at the end. This movie rips your emotion from your chest and lay it before you. It breaks my heart that Chadwick is no longer with us but Marvel did a great job honoring his memory.

70 percent of real Black Panther fans or MCU fans must have teared up the first time they saw that trailer. Definitely during the movie itself tears will flow so carry a hanky.
This is arguably one of the most emotional trailers I’ve ever watched. You can feel the pain of this cast and crew who knew Chadwick and you can feel his loss throughout the trailer. This song choice was absolutely the perfect blend, it builds so beautifully and whoever created it must’ve been a wreck but I appreciate their work tremendously. Say what you will about Black Panther, it brought us all together as comic fans and this unites us in a eulogy for a wonderful man and performer. Hear the pain in Angela Bassett’s voice will always bring tears to my eyes and with every “we gon be alright” from Kendrick my heart soars and soars for Chadwick’s spirit and when he “and when I wake up” and we see Shuri’s in the suit my heart swells and I hear that whisper of strength “Wakanda Forever”. Yes. Even if this movie is bad, which I don’t think it will be we will all remember what this trailer did to us and how much we love these character’s and actors. Wakanda Forever
Overwhelmingly touching! And the tribute to brother Chadwick is on point. Calling it now...not only will this be the most well received, most award nominated film of the year, it WILL cross the $2B mark with ease, surpassing any other film by far!
Um there are other films that have done 2billion. But it will definitely snatch some souls for those who will watch
It may earn 2 billion while Marvel's VFX artists were only paid $2 a month.

I got goose bumps when I first saw this trailer and became very emotional watching it. I think part of it is because I thought about Chadwick’s untimely passing and the strength he showed being sick while filming the first movie. I love, love, love Angela Bassett; she brings her A-game to everything and her speech in these clips moved me to tears. I’m surprised to see all these guys cry in the reaction clips but it’s really nice to see them get emotional too. My guess is they’re thinking of Chadwick a/k/a Black Panther and just how fleeting life is. I’m looking forward to Wakanda Forever and I’m bringing a box of tissues when I see it.

Movies are so important to us, they make us feel apart of a more exciting and interesting story. It’s so wholesome to see people crying over actors as they we feel like we are there with them throughout the ride. RIP Chadwick you brought us one of the most influential films of all time.

All the black panther trailers has been retrospecting. Everything they fought for has a deeper meaning than other movies. A sense of culture and pride. And now that Chad is gone too it’s just more emotional to the soul

I love this particular franchise. There is no one better to play the Queen than an actual Queen, Ms. Angela Basset. The raw emotion delivered in that one simple line hits home on so many levels. Not only that, but this franchise shows us as the power that we should be, it shows black excellence. For far too long we have only played the gangsta or pimp. This franchise shows black folks as how we truly should be.

I have sat and watched every race, every color, every nation watch this and be touched and moved by what this man has left thru his acting as KING. Thru the direction of Ryan Coogler in combination with the extraordinary talent of Chadwick Boseman and the other extremely talented actors they have managed to connect the world by way of Wakanda. For me being a beliver in Christ and the Bible as written this man reconnected the nations that has been scattered on the earth. I don't think he may have known what his calling to life was meant for before he died and like most great men we don't see and understand there greatness until there death. But I can imagine that when his soul went back to the Father he was able to say well done Chadwick my good and faithful servant he accomplished the mission thru his talents and gifts that connected the world.

MCU not replacing T'Challa (excuse me if I misspelled the name) speaks to the skill of the actor and the impact he left behind with his talent. I guess whoever played Dumbledore did not quite rise in the way Chadwick Boseman did. So don't shoot down his well deserved credit and respect he has gotten on account of his talent. The peak of strong emotion for all streamers to cry is at the moment when we see the image of Chadwick Boseman who is considered the best actor who played and lived the Black Panther so far. It still hurts today and even as a man I can't contain my tears.
