I live in Lehigh! and 6 Months ago, a new construction house sold right in front of mine, it sold for like $380K yesterday the house in the rear of mine, was listed for $280K Yes its not a new construction, but it has more Sq.F. than the one that sold for $100K more just 6 months ago, as soon as the new listing sells, there goes the value of the house in front.

I’m interested in purchasing a flat corner lot in area #1, with possibility of purchasing adjacent lots.
    Where would I get started?
What fees are imposed by local and state when you only own the lot with no structure?
    I have SO many questions!
Been interested in Lehigh property for over 5 years.

What was once beautiful and quiet farm land with lots of room to roam is now a ghetto..in gridlock

Terrible place to live. Poor Internet, poor infrastructure and roads. Terrible traffic and absolutely nothing to do there you gotta drive to ft Myers for almost anything. It's a huge ghetto. I made it out after 11 years there. Most depressing thing I had to endure

It's awful what is being done here.. it is a small wooded area unequipt to handle the amount of people that have come to build houses. You will sit in huge lines for an hour trying to get out of your neighborhood every morning. The infrastructure is not able to handle the flow of traffic. You need to leave your home 3 hours before you make a commute that is only an hour away. And the people from Miami that have come to our country refuse to assimilate so they are actively altering the demographics with a foreign language and culture. The long time Americans are slowly leaving. In my area there is only 3 routes out to the highway and they are ripping up acers of farm land to build housing communities made up of hundreds of homes at all 3 points. This is all done for profit/greed if you really want a home here don't build yet another, I'd be glad to sell you mine at a cheaper price cause the time is coming for me to do as other Americans have done and leave.. I don't even call it Lehigh Acers anymore.. it's now Immigrant Acers.. soon even the Latinos will see it's destroying the quality of travel here. Our only hope is that the housing bubble collapses and this grinds to a hault. These prices are highly inflated. When the banks stop giving loans the party's over.
