Ingredients:
puff pastry - 250 g (8.8 oz)
egg to grease - 1 piece
Tray size 24 X 32 cm (9.45 x 12.6 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 ˚C (356 °F)/20 MIN
for the filling:
pastry cream - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
whipping cream - 150 g (5.3 oz)
almonds - 50 g (1.76 oz)

Looks so delicious. What’s boiled cream? I’ve never heard that terminology in food before. Thanks.
It's the most famous cream which is called patisserie and to make this cream we need to boil it ! It is made of milk, sugar, eggs, flour or cornstarch, vanilla and butter and if we want to make a chocolate cream we use bitter or milk chocolate according to our recipe !

Hate to say this, but they are not croissants. Wrong type of pastry and wrong shape. These are sweet pastry cream horns and a cream slice. I think the French would be a bit upset with you for using the wrong terminology. They do look very tasty though.
