Thank you for visiting our beautiful country, I am filled with joy seeing some of the great fun things you were able to enjoy. This is by far the best video I have seen on visiting Nicaragua 🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮 thank you so much for sharing your experience!

Finally had a chance to sit back and watch this all (in perfect HD lol), heard good things about Nicaragua and really want to do the slide down the volcano looks amazing! Another great video, good to see you travelling again!
That HD professing delay had me going nuts. I thought it was me and deleted the first upload. Wish I knew the problem before I did that and lost time and views the first time🤦🏻♂️ Thanks and definitely make it out there.
Great video man . Thanks for sharing I’m from Nicaragua. Little corn island 🇳🇮☀️🌴 next time you should visit the Caribbean coast of Nicaragua is beautiful also . With kind people.
I’d love to see the Corn islands at some point in the future! Thank you
having just spent a week there, I found that they are some of the friendliest people you will meet in your travels
I have the same sentiments
I loved this video so much! I felt like I was your buddy and we were going through this adventure together. I rarely like videos and even more rarely comment. Thank you for sharing!
That is my goal! Extra perk motivating you to comment. Thank you
The guy, Gustavo clapping his hands at minute 7:45 was my friend growing up in Managua, Barrio Larreynaga. We used to play baseball on the street every single day in the afternoon in the 80's and early 90's. It's good to see him in this video. He if sees my comment, he would probably say, who is this guy that knows me? Well, soy Jaime Castro. Te recuerdas de mi? I'm also glad that this guy went to Nicaragua to show the world how pretty Nicaragua is and its people who for the most part are friendly and willing to meet new people. Nice video, though. Good job.
That’s awesome. Gustavo is a good guy. Thank you for the compliment.
Amazing video,! I watched with my daughter to show her where I was borned and haven't been there since 1994. I've decided to go soon and will use some of the resources you provided. Keep making magic, you got skills
This is very touching. Glad you found my video and found it helpful.
Wow! You managed to fit a lot in to your trip! Fantastic footage of Cerro Negro Volcano. We felt right in the action there. 😃
I did as much as I could with the limited time I had. I felt content with what I saw but of course there’s always more to do and see.
@@arctravels there sure is! We've been in Nicaragua since March last year and we feel like we've only scratched the surface. The more you see the more you want to see 😁

Thank you for the compliment. You definitely have some catching up to do exploring your wonderful country. All the best.
I have a similar experience as @theylinn1985 I was born in Granada, Nicaragua but I have been back many times. But I haven’t back in the past 5 to 6 years and your video is really making me miss Nicaragua. One more thing I live in New Jersey very close to the city.

This video was amazing, so much fun to watch, I can only imagine how much fun you had being there. I usually scroll through comments while watching videos and I couldn't even do that cause I was captivated by the video. I've been inspired to retire in Nicaragua and this video just added to that. Really appreciate the comment. I had a blast in Nicaragua. Not sure what retirement would be like but Im sure you'd have an amazing time visiting and exploring.
@arc travels Would you recommend that company you used, Show Me Nicaragua? How much of the traveling do they plan for you? Are their prices reasonable?

I left Nicaragua in 1979 and have not been back not even once. After 43 years in the USA, I will be moving back there this year. Tony, you manage to show us beautiful views with that amazing equipment you got but mostly because of your artistic view and with a simple description that keeps us interested, especially when you include all the local traditions and sayings.

Dude, this is some of the best cinematography I've seen. Curious, how much time all in all did you spend editing this video?
Thank you. Generally if I travel 3 weeks I end up with about 7 to 10 hours of food which I trim down to about 40 minutes, taking about 2.5 to 3 weeks to edit.
I am very proud who guide you speak very fluently English, in USA a lot of latino lives many Yeats in the country never learn English always excuse for not learning universal ;language ENG:lISH

Could I ask you how could I get connected with the tour guide? How did you find him? He is so good :)
It’s been a few years but the company name was Show Me Nicaragua. I found them on either app Viator or Get My Guide. Not sure if they still exist but there are other good options. Best of luck.
Love your video of Nicaragua , I just subscribed. I’m heading to Nicaragua in September. How was the process of sending in your PCR test to Avianca? How did that go? Thank you
Well thank you for the
compliment and sub. Process was easy. The link they send is very self exploratory and you’ll get a notification via email and text when your info has been processed. Have fun!
Always gentle with woman always be a gentleman don't forget
Great video thank you! Wonder if there is anything you would have taken out. I am going for 10 days too. Not sure if I should go Leon or SJDS. I am going to Ometepe & Granada. How did you like your hotels? Any recommendations? Thanks you!
Thank you. Nothing I would've taken out, in fact I would've added more locations with more time. My hotels were just fine for me. Don't really know your travel style, budget or interests for me to recommend anything. What I can say is once you've done all your research and narrowed down which locations and attractions you want to see, make the best of those experiences. If you never visit again you want to be content with what you did.
Excellent work as always brother! Poured some glasses of wine and the wife and I kicked up our feet and went on an adventure! Incredible work as always, entertainment value, through the roof! Can't wait to collab one day :)

Thanks so much. What a great job filming while sliding down the volcano! I'm coming down from NYC... do I need to bring Cordobas? If so where is the best place in NYC to get them Thanks again =JD
Hey fellow New Yorker. You will need cordobas depending where you go. I recall also using US dollars. I got mine at the airport once landing in Nicaragua. You can get it in the airport in NY as well or at an exchange once you’re in town which might be the best rate. I choose to do it at the airport so I’m ready to go.

Hi there!
My Name is Nemo. I am running a production company in Sweden. We are traveling to Nicaragua in the beginning of January to shoot a commercial about specialty coffee. We make this commercial to give more light to the coffee farmers in Nicaragua.
Question: We need to bring a drone with us to film the coffee farms. As we understand, drones are prohibited in Nicaragua if there is no permit. Do you know where we can apply for a permit?
Thanks a lot for your help!
//
Nemo
I actually did not know that drones were not allowed into the country at the time. When I arrived I had to register my drone at the airport before exiting. Not sure if that is still the case or who you would have to call before your arrival.
What was the name of the volcano where you had to go through the water for 2km?
There are time stamps for each section in the description. I think the segment you're talking about is Somoto Canyon.
Thank you for the Video, can you please hook me up with tour guy you used in this video where he took you to the volcano. thank you
The tour company is called Show Me Nicaragua.

The opening is so hyperactive.
Do you have the name of your guide or any info on hiring one? I'm going for a month in the new year.
The company is called “Show me Nicaragua”
how the fu*k did u get drone in Nicaragua ?
😄It wasn’t hard but it was quite the process that I’ve never experienced before. They caught on to it at the airport and I had to go to an office to register it with them. I’m assuming it was to detect who it came from in case I crashed it or damaged something. The woman at the office was really kind to me though. When I was flying back home I had to stop by the office to show that I still had it, signed a paper and it was all good. Lucky I guess.
Hey! that's quite a luck indeed, they don't let you get in to the country with a drone.
why no marshmallow 🤣
Acidic from the volcanic fumes. It’s poison 😆
Do you know what Granadinos are famous for?
They are Fachentos (love to bragg) 😂😂😂
That beautiful lake's name is not Lago de Granada. It's just that people are mistakenly told that.
The lake has two names.
The name the indigenous tribes around the area have to it is Cocibolca. It means Sweet Sea. The other name is the official name : Lago de Nicaragua. The lake is so big that it has on its shores other departamentos (states) not just Granada. Managua, Chontales, Rivas. So, not one of those places can claim the lake's name bears its name but the name of the country.
Lo siento por mis paisanos Granadinos.
Thanks for the info
@@arctravels Enjoyed your video. Hope next time you come visit you get to spend more time here. Come visit Chinandega. San Cristóbal volcano it's a great hike and it's also the highest volcano in the country and also active. About an hour or so from the city of Chinandega going northwest to Cosiguina. This was a volcano that erupted long ago and now there's a beautiful lagoon..The views are spectacular. Looking to the north you can se across from the Golfo de Fonseca Honduras and El Salvador. And the beaches around here won't disappoint you. Not many tourists venture further west past Leon. They miss a lot.
