I liked this video. I've been to Buenos Aires twice and plan on living there for a year or two after I retire at the end of 2023. The only problem I have is that I am a vegan and Argentina is hardly vegan friendly. I already know that I want to live in Recoleta. Recoleta is the only place where it costs more to die there than to live there.😄
Thank you. 🙏🏼 Thank you. We are vegetarians and we were surprised when we came here. Buenos Aires has plenty of options for vegetarians. Lots of cafes and shops for vegetarians.
I think when it comes to being vegan/vegetarian many ppl assume that if most of the country eats meat then it's hard to find any plant-based products or restaurants there, but it's not very true. I lived in Spain and every vegetarian/vegan I met there told me they resigned from their diet after moving there, but I think they were just "lazy"/wanted to actually try traditional cuisine. I kept my diet and I was honestly truly okay, in the south it was much harder but in a big city it's not a problem at all and I think in most of the countries you'd be fine. The only difference is that when I go out in my country I don't need to search for a specific restaurant bc there are vegetarian/vegan options everywhere and in Spain, I had to do my research. But don't be discouraged by other people, just try to verify it yourself, I'm sure u will be okay :)

Hola! Saludos desde la Patagonia, si vienen por Chubut vengan a ver las ballenas a Península Valdés.
Hola! Are the whales there all year round or only during certain months?
@@aleks_digitalnomad August, September This is when most of the births take place, mating groups, adults and solitary juveniles are also observed. These are the months of greatest abundance of whales in the area.
@@aleks_digitalnomad Although the season is from April to December, the best months are September October
@@steviebeef1294 good, thank you 🙏🏼
Ustedes son rusos? Perdón pero estaba mirando el vídeo y haciendo algo más de trabajo, y no escuché bien de dónde son. Cuánto tiempo se van a quedar? Les gustó Buenos Aires?
We are from Russia, but we haven't lived there for a long time. I liked Buenos Aires, but this city is not for long time. I can't live so long in a huge city away from what's important to me (Alex)
what is the average apartment price for foreigners in nice neighborhood?
Depends on the length of the contract. For three months contract for 1br apartments $ 400-700 per month, for a year contract the price may be noticeably lower.
Going to BA end of the month.....
Is there apartments for 50000-100000$? New ones
Which neighborhood are you living in
It`s near with Palermo Hollywood 🌴
@@aleks_digitalnomad ok
Where are you both originally from?
We were born in different countries, but grew up in Russia 🙈

You kids are cute? Does your mama know that you're living by yourself? You two make very good videos. This is from an American old man who is older than dirt.
Thanks. We are already 26 and 21 years old, and we have not lived in our country for several years ☺️
Welcome to my coutry👋👍
Thank you 👍🙏🏼
Incredibly cheap of course if you bring euros or dollars. Orange juice every day for a fraction of what you pay in Europe. 😅
De que país son?
We moved here from Bali, but we grew up in Russia 🙈
@@aleks_digitalnomad 👍
Amazing guys!! But you're paying too much for a place, there are similar places for much less money for sure.
Thank you 🔥
We have a short contract for 3 months + fully furnished, which is probably why we pay more
Nice video. But please note: electricity is not cheap... is actually government-subsidised. All Argentinians are paying so, in order to save the planet and the economy fall: please don't leave your AC on all day. Love.
Thank you. We use air conditioning only when we need to warm up, but it's already warm without air conditioning. 🙏🏼👍
Hi, both are very cute, i encorage you to learn spanish, my wife are from ukraine, and start to speak in 6 months, im porteño from buenos aires, and i was 15 years married and counting, i learn some russian, but its very dificult to learn, welcome

Not scandinavian ✌🏻

How are they scammed on facebook? At what stage does the deception take place? 🙈
Hi guys, in what barrio of Buenos Aires is your apartment located?
Good luck filming like that on the streets.
Is this a wish for good luck or advice to be more careful? 🙈
@@aleks_digitalnomad .
Unfortunately,the second one,sorry.
@@alvaropanizza8522 We pay attention to this and are careful 🙈
@@alvaropanizza8522 but maybe we should be more careful
airbnb isn't expensive in BA. Try Santiago and you see what overpriced apartments are
Seems you payed 40% in commissions? 20% should be payed by the landlord and the other 20% by you as far as I know.
EDIT: I am from Argentina
We have paid $450 of the commission, while we rented this apartment for a total of 6 months. In total, it turns out that we paid about 20%
