I think im moving forward, the only thing that scare me is the fire suppression system, financing a trailer isn't terrible, like 165.00 a month, and the rest is sweat equity and mastering these task one at a time,,

I just saw your video on leaving PNC & having clover posted 11 months ago... I've been looking into the same Square system you spoke about I believe. If you did end up getting it, how do you like it thus far?
I ended up for the time being still with PNC not my favorite setup but we don't process as much anymore, usually it's just the bigger catering amounts now. But Definitely would go with sqaure with the screen for customers and for you if you have that option

@@Blacc-dw6ox that's what I would suggest if you only need 30 amps this Generator is nice. If you need 50 I'm not too sure about those. The 50 amp outside box for plug is also more heavy duty seems like

There is a gap. Only screw at the edges where it meets wall

Depends on how many hours you dedicate to it. If full 8 hour days and you have all the materials, being window, hood, sinks. 3 weeks

I had a question about the generator you use. It was a 30amp but you installed 50amp plug
Yes correct. 50 amp is better to install because I can always drop down in amps to 30 amps but if I install a 30 amp I can't use a 50 amp.
Ok so I should buy that same generator as you and install 50 amp plug outside and 50 amp panel inside
