Nice start my friend. Look forward to seeing more of where you go with this challenge on this map. This map for the challenge kind of gives you like a No Man's Land style start opportunity. As it's a very open area map in several areas.
@rustymoneygaming - It does have a bit of no mans land to it - I hated this map in FS22, for whatever reason, so I am going to attempt to make it a good one with FS25. How do you feel about the 30 frames per second console limitation hey smacked us with? lol
Late to the party but enjoying the vids so far. I would probably have made my first farm a dairy farm because silage is pretty easy to start up and sells for a good amount in it's own right. Also, I believe lettuce makes the most money from the green house, and they are a divided production, so enabling 1 slows down all of the others. Keep it up!
@i-comment-for-algorithm8261 i absolutely started off wrong but that's the beauty, trying to now recover haha 😅. Good insight on the greenhouses I'll have to test this to see if I make more money with one mushroom or both mushrooms going 🤠
For Greenhouses if you throw a bunch of water silo extensions around the back, the greenhouse can hold I think up to 42000l of water without hardly filling which last years in game!
That is a great idea and something I certainly have in the back of my mind. I actually have yet to look at the water silo extensions but that will be coming sooner than later. Building a small rice field for water was a fantastic idea from @eastyboy! Look for that in episode 2 🤠
So glad i got a pc because there is already a automatic water tank with 1 billion water in it for greenhouses, and thats why you dont hide you info hud in the beginning because you would have seen you should long press helper button to see the options for workers
@ZorchFarming no work on the centre of the field then use the headland pass's to go over the wheel markings. Harvesting you do the opposite so your not running over the crops
@@robpayne1956 Having the ability to put them into headland mode is HUGE. I do wonder though if I create my own field, or if I remove part of a standard field will they continue to go into that field I removed when I have them on worker mode? Via the GPS it looked like they would it and looked like there was no way to modify it.
@@ZorchFarming Not as far as I know they have a way of doing it the correct way I might add. Planting they begin with the up and down and then do the headlands. You can force them to do it your way but I found they tend to screw things up a bit if you do that. Not all the time just sometimes. I usually just let it do it's own thing. when you are asking it to harvest it will do the headlands first then the up and down. there is one seeder you need to watch out for as it tells you it's 4.5 meters wide when it's 4.0 meters wide. the seeder in question is the Agro Masz Aquila drive 400. careful if you buy it if left at the default 4.5 meters it will mess your fields up.
@ReaperCrew_71 Nope! 🤠 it's just setting it all up from the base game in the settings at the start or in the menus 🤠. In the description of this video it has all the details for you to get started 😎
@TheSmiles813 - My understanding is you cannot. You have to build 3 separate farms utilizing all separate equipment. We can get finalized clarification with Rusty though!
not letting to use contract equipment on your own field, but you can use borrowed equipment for one contract on other contracts so you dont have to pay borrow fee for same type different contracts

Looking forward to following along with your progress. I might even try this challenge myself too.
@OldschoolMike53 I would absolutely try it! It's going to be fun long grind 🤠

Great video buddy
Appreciated! :)
FYI, the cheap medium challenger tractor with upgraded 225hp engine will pull the 18.2m direct planter/fertilizer at 6 mph.
@kristopherbichsel9230 - Good to know, thank you for this! We may have to look into this in the near future.
For water you can build small "rice field" you can flood it each time you need water
This is a great idea! I also saw recently a video from Farmer Mike talking about this. I will incorporate this, thank you! :)
A small 1x1 little plot with the water tanker in it and then the tank next to it next to greenhouse auto water
@Whodat915 an even better cheat for sure, when we start having a megaplex it will be useful
You could also maybe try to dig a little hole next to that pond and see if you find water. Just my 2 cents and maybe the cheapest way...

@WarrenZA indeed, I figured it out next episode haha 😅
the AI was working the center of the field first then it will work the headlands, that's the default setting for the AI
@robn71 - interesting. I would have thought they would do the headlands first. Thanks for the info! 🤠
@ZorchFarming no work on the centre of the field then use the headland pass's to go over the wheel markings. Harvesting you do the opposite so your not running over the crops
@@robn71 Makes a lot of sense actually now that you have laid it out. I appreciate this input 🤠
Looks interesting this challenge... 3 years, you will completely change the face of this map... 🎉
@mattb055_man69 probably own the whole damn thing 🤣
It would have been about 1/2 the price if you went into the medium tractors and bought the challenger and upgraded the engine or the white agco
@molonlabe9955 - I figured that out way too late haha. Live and learn :)
@@ZorchFarming that's fair haha makes the series more interesting 🤣
@@molonlabe9955 You're not wrong my friend! 🤠
Worker was doing the course play when he was planting. Can set it up to do the headlands first or last
I will have to continue to look into it. I am, admittingly, not as familiar as I should be right now.
The workers do a good job if you just leave them to their own devices. Not at all like the 2022 AI workers getting stuck on every tree and bush. 😄

We're off to races on this challenge, I too doing this challenge, however it's on Huntan Panti 😊
@CS-Benji2020 love it. I'm finally home for a while so I have a lot to catch up on my friend haha 😄
You start with $600k, thats so much more than a normal farmer starts with. Maybe don't start with land, maybe just do contracts.
@mrXOwarrior indeed it is. This challenge was created by Rusty money gaming and krustoo gaming so I'm adhering to their efforts on rules 🤠
Is this challenge a mod if so? Where could i find it. Love this series

Can you cross use equipment? For example use the same harvester for 2 of the farms.

Gps is available now on farm sim 25
@@charlesgray8218 I have finally sorted it out, mostly haha
Try and do a fertiliser contract and borrow the equipment and fertilise your field with there equipment lol

I'm using this map for my ps5 trophies
@@TheFrogrjb it's odd they picked it for FS25. I would have thought they would have made a new map.
@ZorchFarming I think they normally do one of the dlc's maps from previous farm sim so I think they could only pick silver run or zielonka
You're right, going back and looking.
Riverbend springs is a way better map
Couldn't agree more. Still, I am going to try to make Zielonka enjoyable given the failure of the FS22 version :)
