Winterdepressionen werden gemindert durch Vitamin D und Tageslicht. Selbst an dunklen, wolkigen Tagen ist die Lichtstärke draußen vielfach höher als drinnen. (Zur Not kann auch eine Tageselichtlampe helfen.)

Seasonal depression may be related to vit d deficiency.
You even mentioned during the winter time, which is exactly the season when you get the vit d at the lowest (not enough sun).
In that case, extra vit d supplement should have solved the depression issue. Still, dont forget to consult the doctor.
But my question tho: do you like reading?
If thats the case, i would suggest you to read the bible and then the quran as part of your research (cuz, my assumption is you havent really read those books, have you? Specially the 2nd book).
Those two books are the most read books in the world, i think. It would be ashamed to miss any of those for a book/reading lover.
And the vedas, etc (the more books the better). I would suggest the book of judaism as well, but you dont seem jewish, do you?
The point: religion is not all about christianity. Every religion offers their own concept of creationism/higher being. Even scientific reasoning.
(only if you want to even broader your vision and be more open minded tho)

Probably thats why many germans learn buddhism. Cuz, in the end people need guideline.
You can make your own guideline ofcourse. Like, the guideline that anything makes you happy by following your desire/what ever you want.
But it would be like filling the black hole.

the higher power is is going to give you more satisfaction in your heart than endless insanity.
Then, or in between, you really want to read any atheist book on atheism (assuming there is any).
After that you can really compare between atheism and religions (not just christianity).
Unless, you re somebody lazy to read just like me.
You can watch videos about those from related sources.
I mean, if you want to learn science 101, you really want to learn it from science teacher or even professor. Not from art teacher o,O
Likewise, if you want to learn christianity, you may watch the videos from christian youtbe chan.
If you want to learn islam, you want to watch vids from practicing muslim.
If you want to learn atheism, you really want to learn it from science professor who is atheist.
Its sad when i notice that somebody learned christianity from atheist. Or, learning islam from christian. That doesnt make sense.

Aussprache deutscher Wörter richtig gut war. Auch wenn du dich nicht mit jemanden in deutsch unterhalten kannst, so schaue dir doch hin und wieder einfach ein paar Videos in deutsch an. Ich kenne ebenfalls die Winterdepressionen wenn es kalt, naß und lange dunkelt ist. Uns fehlt dann einfach das Vitamin D der Sonnentrahlen. Ich drücke dir ganz fest die Daumen, damit du von deinem Wunschcollege angenommen wirst. Bleib gesund. Tschüss
"Echte" Depressionen sind nicht mit Winterdepressionen zu vergleichen und Letztere sind nicht einfach nur dadurch bedingt, dass uns (was stimmt) Vitamin D fehlt, denn dann könnte man diese durch Supplementation leicht "ausmerzen".

I go to your school and have always enjoyed watching your videos, but you have extremely controversial opinions. For example, as someone who suffers from mental health problems, I don't think I have an illness. It's a pity that you see it that way, I'm really a bit disappointed in you
I‘m truly sorry if I made you feel that way. I don’t see mental health as an illness, or something to be "fixed" I also struggle with my mental health and am a huge advocate for the de-stigmatization of it. In the video when I said I was "mentally ill" I was just joking around and referencing my own struggles. again, I’m so sorry if I made you feel this way. ❤️
