Those Tom Holland spiderman suits just look really mediocre. The Eternals figures had better deco and care. Maybe the inevitable no way home ending suit release will fix this scaling issue.
Weird head cannon, but I think the reason why he'd be tall is because he bought shoes that would make him look taller than Spider-Man to have a bigger difference between the two. It could also be that the shoes he bought were cheaper but it makes him look taller than intended and since he doesn't have much money, he bought the cheapest one that would fit. Also try the new peter parker head from this set with the other figures and try the other peter parker heads on the new body
Any type of sneakers or boots add on a little height and the spiderman suit is skin tight and even at the bottom of the feet the suit is still slim and sleek so it makes perfect sense for him seem shorter while suited up

Hasbro did a great job with Ned's heads and the first Peter Parker head....but yeah....that second one definitely looks like someone from quality control was binge watching their favorite series when that head sculpt came their way. Lol.

I have somewhere between 3200 and 3400 Total Figures and they are almost all Super Heroes or Soldiers. My only true 'Civilian' Figures. Joyce Summers Dawn Summers J. Jonah Jameson Gwen Stacy Mary Jane Watson John Hammond Ellie Sadler Seven out of 3200-3400! Others, like Jimmy Olsen, Alfred Pennyworth, Commissioner Gordon, etc. don't count because they fight.
Moira McTaggart works good for Kimberly! A guy I know told me about that. Someone else told me Trini head on Katy body from Shang Chi. Might get one of the guys on the Peter Parker body from a year ago. Also, the Hood body is a possibility. I'm personally using head swaps on Hood body to make a Yancy Street Gang. Any suited bodies I use for Maggia. For Zach, the Sam Jackson Nick Fury from Captain Marvel Wave might work. I don't know any figures wearing overalls for Billy though. Hope that helps.

I wish some more seasons would get released. I was in the Navy 1976 to 1984 and I was in Japan many times! I actually saw some Sun Vulcan and later on Dynaman. I really went ape over Monkey aka Monkey Magic! Couldn't understand a single word, didn't even know what they were at that time.
