I like how each of the Strawhats outted themselves in a different way:
Luffy did it right at the start in front of everyone
Zoro didn’t know where he was and he reported the body, making him suspicious
Nami accidentally celebrated getting money on chat
Usopp tries to prove himself innocent but everyone can tell he’s lying
Sanji announced on chat that he’ll only keep Nami and Robin alive
Chopper admitted it due to feeling the guilt of killing someone
Robin was committing overkill which freaked the others out (I’m guessing that they found out either because the kill took too long and someone saw or they have that gut feeling)
Franky was outed by Chopper, Usopp and Luffy who fanboyed about the General and the others put 2 and 2 together
Brook saw the ghost and reported the body, making him quite suspicious
Those were nice touches, really. :')
We can't forget one specific thing about Luffy: He's bad at being a cook, a navigator, wielding swords, lying... and he certainly is bad at being an impostor.
