Cage, in the Nether Stone area for Shang Tsung’s Laboratory in invasions, you can find Havik’s OG helmet from Deception in a chest
Just wish they had his OG costume as well with the white eyes

I just wish I could use Havik but I can't because my Internet went out so until that's fixed I can't use my online inventory and yes that includes him to be honest I hate everything about that because if I just don't have Internet I can't even unlock him even if I beat the story I now have to wait until the next time I connect to the servers to claim my story rewards

In a intro dialogue with Shang Tsung, he says he can fix his face himself. It can easily be he doesn't want to, but just wants to look more chaotic, knowing who Havik is.
havik is fun asfff but needs buffa
No, he absolutely does NOT need a buff, he’s actually quite strong, just very dependent on kameos to get him going. He has plus frames, frame traps, good anywhere on the screen (whether from full screen to the neutral), unblockable setups, and the literal king of trading damage. All that combined makes him strong in this game. The only thing also doesn’t have is good reversals since all his moves are slow to do that besides using his armored move to get out.
Rain is the one who needs a buff the most besides sub zero.
His projectiles are too slow and his b&b combos aren't great. At least make superkick better.
