I got the 1st brick last day!I'm excited to try for the second one! I have 2 team members and I am super supportive. A bit hard to get them motivated but they are awesome. How long have you been with Scentsy?
You can’t motivate anyone. You can only show them why they want to be motivated. You can inspire but not motivate This is something that every leader goes through. I’ve been with Scentsy almost 6 years.

No it’s because I’m in bed and slouched. I can’t sit straight up because my leg is elevated. And I didn’t have a stand for my phone.

@@vickiekinner you’re right but I’m more excited that I have 5 now and 2 Whiff subscriptions because it’s just more PRV to start my month. I subscribed to your y tube and I’m doing great with monthly sales but I struggle to get teammates. Last month I finished at almost $3,700 and I average between 2,500 up to $3k. I’d love to know your secret!! I’m excited for the NF backpack and the fall kit just saves me $ !! I have a lot of rewards after my parties end and I turn it around and invest it with my monthly boxes I do. I do have someone joining with me in 25 days. She was a Scentsy rep but the person she signed under did absolutely nothing to help her even get started. She has 25 days left and she’s joining so I’m super excited about that!! I’d like to get one more this month. My new goal is 1 per month!! I’ve only been with Scentsy since October 2020 💜 Okay I’m rambling but I’m passionate about my business.
