18:55 coming from cardiologist means a lot for us. Thank you doctor for sharing great wisdom ignored by Indians. Olive oil is nothing but a marketing gimmick in India to ape West.
Kripal, Bengaluru also gets a lot of farmed freshwater fish….the Karnataka govt promotes pisciculture , for example Yelahanka is known for farmed catfish and Catla …Tumkur is famous for farmed Tilapia and Basa , Mysore for Cauvery Trout , Channapatna for farmed shrimp etc….it’s not just seafood . Farmed and river fish is also popular
Lol.. there's a hell lot of difference between Sea food and farmed fishes😂 I think south Karnataka people hv never tasted our coastal proper fresh sea food.
You can feel the love for food in Kripal Amanna sir's eyes and that's why we are watching Food Lovers TV everyday for more than 3 years. Warning - Food is addictive after watching Kripal Amanna sir 👍

The Greatest thing on Kripal Sir he loves yo revive the old culinary traditional dishes thus giving the entrepreneur a thrust and what more his facial express is reflected on the dish he taste every where.Truly Bringing Back the By Gone era in Traditional dishes .Thats why Kripal Sir vlogs appreciated round the continent. 🙏
Wow felt nice watching all my gsb food being a vegetarian my favourite is phodis and yes the drumstick phodi which we call maskasangi phodi 😊nothing like that...and as Dr Shenoy mentioned we use thepal for vegetarian dishes too we call tea aambat 👍what a nostalgic moment it was to watch this vedio
This restaurant an interesting discovery , as most of the dishes barring crab chilli, chicken 65 & fish 93 are made by us. I was particularly impressed by tepla ambat which we regularly make, as texture and colour was awesome. Vaingan bajji ( gulla or big purple) is also very regularly made. Actually GSB food variety in vegetarian is far higher then non vegetarian! Thanks kripal for this vlog- must visit on our next visit to Bangalore.
Still vividly remember the episode on Lighthouse during the lockdown years - there was certain angst in the owner's tone back then when restaurants were going thru what was unquestionably the oughest time for restaurant business, but great to see Lighthouse bounce back and thriving! Kripal - The Good Samaritan saving restaurants one at a time!
Thank you so much sir! Yes ,it was a tough phase for a lot of restauranteurs and the good Samaritan changed it for us. I cant thank kripal enough for the support..

Kripal here you have missed one of great podi is pagila podi, an amchigele will die and pay any amount to get that vegitable to prepare rava fry of Pagila podi.
Sir, Usually Goan dish means more of Catholic dishes in Goa but it's when we travel towards Mangalore, Kasergode, or Karwar, or anywhere in Kerala, only then do we get to see these GSB cuisines, not just in Bangalore, but in Goa too it's missing, when I went to Goa I couldn't find any. Sir, I would like to see these catholic and GSB videos of Goa and Coastal Karnataka too, like a comparison video or something of Coastal Karnataka, Kasargode, and how that's different from their Goan counterparts/brothers who didn't migrate during the Portuguese invasion in your channel.
Loved to see this Vlog, being an amchigele myself could definitely correlate to the dishes served there. 🤩❤️❤️ Thank you @KripalAmanna for sharing this experience. Also, proud of Pratiksha, for doing such a wonderful work 👏
I think the lady is very smart...when kripa asked, she said fish made in morning..when he said it will taste better later, she says it was made last night... Not good..
