A massive price drop on this house from the original list price. Why do owners do that and run the risk of the home not selling for a long time. People who buy in this price range aren't stupid.

CURRENT HIGH BID IS 26 MILLION... When I saw this back when it was $60 million, I said Id be shocked if it sells for $30 million. Its so unique, only a certain type of buyer would buy it and at this price, your audience is so small to begin with.
