Once again ... lovely to tag along with you two.... and very interesting ... Amazing how that loom worked ... and the houses !!! cool.... Thanks
Thank you and happy your are with us! It was very interesting to see the loom working and talk to the man ”paddling”.
I'm glad you mentioned Peter May. I have listened to the audio books about Enzo McCloud and the Chinese series and have just finished the Lewis Trilogy. Very good listening (reading). Thank you for taking me there.
Peter was the reason we wanted to sail to Outer Hebrides and now you gave us a tip on Chinese series that we did not know about, thank you! Hope it doesn't mean we have to sail to China (LoL).
Thank you for sharing!
Operating antique machinery relayed on sound as much as sight and to predict changes in operation based on change in tones.
It was a very fine piece of machinery, even though it looked "simple" we're sure need all your skills and senes to operate it, it felt like a privilege to seen it being operated by someone who knew how to.
very rugged and ancient place ,and now the faroe islands ----- a whole different meaning to rugged and beautiful !!!!!
Faroe islands was really both rugged and beautiful!
This was very fascinating! The differences and similarities between Stonehenge and other buildings is an interesting question. Who were the people that built it and how did they accomplish this. Also I love to see all the places in Scotland you visited. We have visited most of these places when we were still sailing and have good memories of them. Greetings from the Netherlands, Sonja
Thank you Sonja, it's nice to know you enjoyed the films, keep on watching, there is more to come as we are in Scotland a second time this year, going south after our trip up to the very north :-)
