It is a very similar practice as what me and Moriya do with our tripple grounding every morning, except that we run our toroidal field from the Centre, the Crystal Core of the Earth through the mid line to the Sun, out and back down to the centre of Earth and opposite from the Sun through the midline to the Crystal Core of the Earth and out back up to the Sun. Yes love it! I start with the smaller personal one and then move to the larger connecting into the Earth’s grid through the Earth’s north and South Poles. Thank you for sharing different techniques!
