RHP Ball --> swinging foul (low- mid-out - very early swing) --> 4th pitch strikeout (all 4 out of zone, awful AB to start series - 0:55 lolllll skipper approves and then THAT) 0/1 2. RHP Ball --> ball (eyyyyy, he took one! Well low) --> 4th pitch 2-RBI single (grounder w/ eyes - right dow middle, good/good, 104mph) (1:37 lol, he takes a single pitch and starts talking about a walk...c’monnnn) 1/1 3. RHP Strike --> swinging in-play --> 1st pitch RBI single (right down middle AGAIN...good/good, 104mph, grounder through middle) 1/2 4. RHP Ball --> ball (waaay high-in, taking all the way anyways) --> 4th pitch strikeout (chased one in the dirt to K) 1/2 ***Got hits in AB2 and AB3, but were still a bit unlucky to not get more production, given both pitches you hit were right over the middle of the plate and your swing timing was good...a blowout win along with the 2 hits are a nice touch to open the series*** 5. RHP Ball --> ball (well outside) --> 3rd pitch single (low-mid-out - just early/good) 2/3 6. RHP Ball --> ball (well outside) --> 5th pitch strikeout (tough luck there - P4 was definitely a ball, then chased P5 outside the zone to K) 2/4 7. RHP Ball --> swinging strike (way high and in, terrible) --> 5th pitch strikeout (struck out in an AB where you didn’t see a strike...second time this series...your fault entirely) 1/3 8. RHP Strike --> swinging foul (low - mid - late swing) --> 4th pitch strikeout (at least 2 of these pitches were in the zone...lol) 1/4 ***You guys jumped all over the Jays, with 7 runs in the first inning alone! That MacFarlane guy had your number, striking you out in all 3 of your ABs against him in relief...solid blowout team win again, going for the sweep!*** 9. LHP Ball --> ball (well low-in) --> 3rd pitch DEEP fly out (inside black-mid-high, good/good) (11:39 I certainly know that! And you have like a 95% swing rate after talking abour taking a pitch...facts) 2/5 10. LHP Strike --> called strike (in-mid-low - good take early) --> 6th pitch single (frankly, you should have ended up on first this AB, but via BB, not via a lucky grounder w/ eyes - won’t argue with the result, though I don’t like the process!) 3/6 11. LHP Ball --> swinging foul (awful, man...well outside/high - late swing too) --> 2nd pitch RBI single (mid-low-in - good/good) 2/5 12. IBB (worked for ‘em, team didn’t back you up) 12. This game files into the “lucky” pile - your first 2 hits really weren’t deserved, more fortunate than anything. Oh well, we know the game will take from you at some point too...Big 3-game sweep over the lowly Jays to take the Dbacks into the All-Star break on a bit of a hot streak!*** SERIES First pitch: 9 balls, 3 strikes First pitch result: taken for ball = 5, swinging strike = 6 (2 in-zone, 4 outside), called strike = 1 AB Results: 3/6 after taking first pitch, 2/6 after swinging at first pitch Series - 5/12, 5 RBI, IBB Notes - Note the hot/cold zones have switched a bit...its easier right now to say, against righties, that you’re hot down the middle, high-in and low-out - the rest are neutral, with low-in being cold (as usual). High-out has warmed up for you against lefties - really, trying to lay off inside pitches against lefties will be a best-practice for you these days. - There were a lot of ugggggggly swings this series, a particularly high amount it felt like. 5 hits are nice...5 strikeouts, not so much. - Are you in the Home Run Derby again? If so, hoping you can make a run this time through, that’d be fun!
I do not know if I'm going to be in the Home arun Derby... I will attempt it if it is offered. As for this series, yeah... most of my at-bats were dreadful and the only reason my hit streak is alive is because of dumb luck. Thanks for the stats and analysis!
Wow... my Jays have really stunk seemingly every year in this reality. Let's be real, probably gonna be this way in real life too! Gotta see what happens with Vladdy and Bo, but I doubt we retain them and also doubt we trade them for anything of value before losing them...which would be the worst case scenario. We shall see!
@@thebaldgingergaming Know much about what's going on with the Cards farm? Jays doesn't look so hot, unfortunately (Just looked 'em up, 27th ranked farm...Cards are at 19, so not great either...)
I normally record them right before uploading, with the only "editing" being making a thumbnail from a still in the video. I quite literally record, make the thumbnail, and upload all on my PS5.
Great vid ❤

@@thebaldgingergaming Wouldn't call it dumb luck, but certainly space for improvement! Having an 11-gamer on the go despite it is definitely a plus!
