I also did this job 2 years when I am in 2nd year b tech student. But sometimes some peoples harassment me some people behavior rude like we are just a servant. But some people understand our struggle and they give some tips. That tips is really small for other guys but for a delivery boy it's a huge amount. So I request to customers plz give some tips for delivery guys.
All are true and i am delivery rider in zomate i can hardly earn 12-15k rupees per month.
There is one more risk i wanna add is the accident we all time work on the bike so there is highly chances of accident

It's responsibility of government to regulate some laws in favor of these riders.
As being a daughter of a zomato delivery man, my father's salary is 500-600rs per day , and if the day is gud and if the day crosses more than 15-16 deliveries, then the salary is 700-800 per day ( I think so) :) , but, for the petrol, 300-400-500rs goes from the salary, it's a problem and bcuz the scam of petrolium and the price of the petrol.. it's what happening... 😯😯

They are working in tertiary sector, it's not a bad job by any means in UK and other such countries such people are not underpaid, not telling anything bad about India but its finance sector needs slight improvement. My suggestion for growth and development of delivering person is that e-commerce companies and government have to do meeting on this topic and in which decision regarding to the delivering person should be taken..! It will be lead to development of delivering person and contribution of national income also increases

As a common man, I can request our gov to take action towards these companies. I always respect our delivery guys, they do very hard work for us. To save there time I visit at the comfortable place before they come so that there time couldn't be wasted to find my home. Always give them 5 starts 🙌 to appreciate there work.

I think one important point that you missed in the video is of the riders breaking traffic rules and driving rash on roads. I have a blinkit center near my home and trust me they don't follow any traffic rules - they don't wear helmets, drive on wrong sides and overtakes bikes from wrong sides blindly. The blame is on companies too as they launched 8 minutes delivery and motivates these drivers to rush. At the same time these riders are breaking the laws too & risking everyone's life... I have raised this concern with Blinkit many times. I have also directly requested some of these drivers to please follow traffic rules... But nothing worked so I have finally stopped ordering from Blinkit and other quick delivery platforms.
Best way is to give them some tip amount on delivery. This small amount can atleast cover their fuel cost.

Example I thought to do Zomato today in Zomato mein literally half of the city pura ghuma ta aur paise bahut kam datha suppose my swiggy karna chah raha tor swiggy mein ordering hi nahin datha aur per order only 20 rupees fir bhi my a job kyon kar raha hun bole to ismein Boss nahin hai koi bhi roll nahin karta Apne hisab se job ko ja sakte isiliye main job kar raha hun usko advantage lekar yah do apps ham delivery partners ko bahut problems dati and some customers will do like this they will order the item and we'll deliver the item and they we eat also customers will complaint all us like that delivery partner was not delivered the item the company will penalty on us specially Zomato. Zomato will see only customers and restaurants
