I am a zomato delivery boy watching this video during the working session. Gaurav said the truth that there is no career growth and helpline or support when in need.

Providing Accidental insurance, mobile phone and data pack must be a mandatory law for the Delivery employees recruitment for all in India.
I always give 100-150 rupees tip to the delivery guy everytime i order something just to help them anyway and to see a big smile on thier face...huge respect to them❤️
Payment should be atleast 20000 and companies should give them allowances like incentive, petrol allowance , vehicle maintainance allowance etc
I think the government should help these delivery boys because they are working so hard for delivering our packages respect for them 😢

I also did this job 2 years when I am in 2nd year b tech student. But sometimes some peoples harassment me some people behavior rude like we are just a servant. But some people understand our struggle and they give some tips. That tips is really small for other guys but for a delivery boy it's a huge amount. So I request to customers plz give some tips for delivery guys.

My father is also a delivery boy and i proud my father that he is working hard for our bright future .....during pendemic my father was lost his job in hotel line and struggled so much for a good job ..... I respect all delivery boys that is working so harrdd in rain, cold, summers or any situations ....for our comfort.....

All are true and i am delivery rider in zomate i can hardly earn 12-15k rupees per month.
The government should make rules on this.
It's always a emotional moment whenever I see a delivery person where they're at bad condition but still they do their work with honesty and dignity 👍
