So i found and ordered all the decorations, organized and planned it out to my sister’s wishes. Then at the wedding; planner showed back up and didn’t know any of the plans. I told her everything sister wanted; planner had apparently hired an decorator forgot to give her the plan…
So I get the plantiffs side and the defendants sides. The bride ADMITS she planned the event, but DIDN'T insist on the plantiff being there. And putting up decorations is TOUGH! We had a TINY wedding, and it took HOURS to put together easy goodie bags (just candies for the kids), and wrapping up nicer goodies for adults. We decorated a few tables ourselves (I did it all myself), and it took what felt like FOREVER. And tearing down.... oh man! If I had had the money, I'd have paid someone. However, I DO understand that the defendant wasn't happy about stuff. I would NEVER accuse someone without evidence of theft. I would have outlined EVERYTHING so clearly in our contract!
While the plaintiff saw a situation to take advantage of, it sounds like the defendant is a bit confused herself. I cannot believe there was a contract, because it doesn't appear very tight. How can the defendant think the plaintiff was supposed to organize the wedding party going down the aisle, when the plaintiff never mentioned it? And the plaintiff mentions having to decorate three venues right at the beginning, what three venues? To throw out a few bags of candles and some paper plates, the plaintiff wanted to be paid far too much!
The defendant did so much and even bought all her decorations!! The plaintiff is a total scammer. The defendant should have gotten more money. Trifling ignorant plaintiff. She ruined her wedding!! Shameful
Why did she even hire the plaintiff??? She did absolutely nothing for $1700.00. The defendant was dumb! Sign me up to plan her next birthday party. I promise I won't show up either and pay me $1700. Thanks in advance. This was a weird case!!!

In the hall or outside he's asking a stupid question can ultimately a bride be please? Hello wrong question! It's not the bride who's suing! The bride is counter suing.
Plaintiff ripped the defendant off BIG TIME! I could have done that job as a 4 year old! Wtf! The defendant should've gotten all of her money back! This one ticked me off!
"Primary event planner!!!" The defendant should not have just crossed sued for things she believes the plaintiff stole, she should have also crossed sued for breach of contract. Because that, unlike the theft, was an absolute fact. I do believe they stole at least the champagne. The plaintiff is absolutely the type of person to do that.
I think what happened is the bride was a control freak and the "planner" relented. Unfortunately, it came back to bite both of them. The contract should have been rewritten to include the changes as agreed. At the end of the day, the plaintiff and the defendant contributed to the problem. The professional foolishly released the reigns, and the bride didn't allow the professional to do the job for which she paid. I had a wedding coordinator, and I allowed her to do her job fully. She even picked the color. There are things that she troubleshot that I still don't know about almost 25 years later. Best investment for my peace of mind.

THE LAZIEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER
The defendant did so much and even bought all her decorations!! The plaintiff is a total scammer. The defendant should have gotten more money. Trifling ignorant plaintiff. She ruined her wedding!! Shameful
Right! ...And I bet she stole that darn Champaign too!
Nahhhh chill I was focused on the witness who wasn't invited story until that eyeball started wilding lmao . I couldn't s t op staring lol
Why did she even hire the plaintiff??? She did absolutely nothing for $1700.00. The defendant was dumb! Sign me up to plan her next birthday party. I promise I won't show up either and pay me $1700. Thanks in advance. This was a weird case!!!
As soon as she said church
I Can't 🤭
One of many reasons why I don't go to church!
What? You dont go to church because you could meet an event planner for your wedding and it would then turn out that she would not fulfill her contract? That oddly specific!
@@David-cc8xe I don't go to church because the "Children of God" are no different from the pagans. I'd rather spend my Sundays watching Netflix and chilling with a tray full of junk food.
@Sunday Davis religion are the basis of so many conflicts and deaths in the world i could not adhere to anyone of them.
The husband was adorable... lol
Defendant’s accent.. Trini 🇹🇹
8:05 that Plaintiff knew she was wrong💯
Sounds like lack of communication between the two women.
The pastor “axed” me???
I had a wedding planner and she was fantastic. The entire event went smoothly start to finish. Yes Harvey, most brides are very happy with their weddings. The problem is that the ones who are not make the most noise.
In the hall or outside he's asking a stupid question can ultimately a bride be please? Hello wrong question! It's not the bride who's suing! The bride is counter suing.
I’m surprised we didn’t get to see any photos of the wedding!!
They did, but the actual ikr I wish too
Plaintiff ripped the defendant off BIG TIME! I could have done that job as a 4 year old! Wtf! The defendant should've gotten all of her money back! This one ticked me off!
"Primary event planner!!!"
The defendant should not have just crossed sued for things she believes the plaintiff stole, she should have also crossed sued for breach of contract. Because that, unlike the theft, was an absolute fact. I do believe they stole at least the champagne. The plaintiff is absolutely the type of person to do that.
I'm in the wrong business. $1700 to decorate tables and I don't have to buy any of the supplies?
I think what happened is the bride was a control freak and the "planner" relented. Unfortunately, it came back to bite both of them. The contract should have been rewritten to include the changes as agreed. At the end of the day, the plaintiff and the defendant contributed to the problem. The professional foolishly released the reigns, and the bride didn't allow the professional to do the job for which she paid. I had a wedding coordinator, and I allowed her to do her job fully. She even picked the color. There are things that she troubleshot that I still don't know about almost 25 years later. Best investment for my peace of mind.
The defendant sounds like a Trini (From Trinidad)
This is what I was trying to figure out! Lol (Trini over here 🙋)
@@vernessaadams474 hi from a fellow Trini too ! Lol!
Boy oh boy these church folk!!
If I was the plaintiff I would ask that my company’s name not be used, after watching this, I hope no bride uses this lady’s business.
Favors? That plaintiff is crazy...to be so lazy to encourage paper plates and she needed 6 helpers? That's ridiculous...
