- The Bob Marley Mausoleum is a tourist attraction located in Nine Mile, managed by members of Marley's family. It has many historical artifacts including guitars, awards and photographs. Nine Mile is where Bob Marley's musical career began and also influenced many of his songs.
There is a Rasta-colored ‘rock pillow’ on which Marley laid his head when seeking inspiration. His body lies buried along with his guitar in a 2.5 m-tall (8.2 ft) oblong marble mausoleum inside a small church of traditional Ethiopian design. There are two mausoleums on the property. The first is that of Marley's mother, Cedella Booker, known as Mama Marley. The second contains the remains of Marley himself.

I went there 2wks ago it changed my life completely I cried danced smoked laughed and worshipped smoked the whole time. The Holy spirit was moving all around me and thru me. Jah Loves us all no matter what 🇯🇲✌🏽🙏🏽💜💚 I can't wait to go back

I went there on a journey of discovery when I turned 40 in 2017... my dread locs were just 4 years old then. Now, I've been locked for 11 years and am still going strong. Bob was a prophet, a lover, a legend for all ages. I'll love to visit again and spend a longer time when I go. It was a magical experience. The ganja and brownie cake were amazing! One love...Jah guide🙏🏽 ❤

When i was in Nine Mile in 1985 … there was no bizzniz made on Bob , free entry and no shops - Real Freedom ❤ … now im just sad to see thebizzniz on a dead man s former birthhplace

I was there also in 85 they were building a small hotel and you had to sign the guest book in the small bar restaurant in front of Bob's house.
