This is perfect. I was looking to take my kids down by the Tacoma Zoo this week. We've gone to the zoo there a few times but I've never explored all the surrounding areas. Thanks for showcasing all the activities to take advantage of.

Nice, thanks for sharing. Suggestion, it would be nicer if you move the camera slowly, long video, with the camera swinging left and right so quickly can get headaches. No offense, just a suggestions.
Ive been walking all around point defiance park all the trails, 5 mile drive, etc., it's 2024, Owen's Beach has a whole new entrence/exit, and has been remodeled. 5 mile drive is permanently closed to motor vehicles because of bank irrosion, closed for safety reasons. It's a beautiful park that is for sure. 😊

There was a fire in the pagoda maybe 10 years ago, luckily they restored it! Such a beautiful park and area.

It's true a lot has changed. It feels like a different park to me now but still nice.

I think on a leash you can go most places and they also have an off leash park by the fort.
