I just recently discovered this song (uh, ehem, I know. How pathetic of a fan am I in just NOW discovering this song, right?!! Thank you TikTok, lol) Anyway, I can't believe how underrated and powerful his vocals are in this, but what moves me the most is the haunting bangs during the song's bridge at minute mark 2:18 and that follows.
