Love those semi gloss black wheels, the polished chrome ones look good for 2 days after leaving the wash bay then it's a rap, but I refuse to give up.
Miss my first truck 1975 R model with 5 speed 237 hard tail.I tried but you couldn't kill it.It ran and ran and ran.
What an interior
I part time with Ryder logistics while I get my degree, we had a meeting not too long ago and some of the complaints from the driver was how little we were making, the replay from the terminal manager was “I’m not paying more than 50k for people just to hold a steering wheel”. It has come down to that unintelligent people how only job is to hold a steering wheel. God luck to all my fellow truck driver I’m out in three more weeks.

Mack / Volvo - pretty much the same engine - the MP8 is pretty much a D13 - no real issue with it - it's a good engine as well as the auto transmission which is the same as the Volvo iShift. The idle free apu is garbage. Lasts only about 7 or 8 hours then you have to idle the engine to get it to charge. The AC on the idle free apu will drain it faster when it is 100 degrees out. The active cruise control with braking options is garbage as well. Ice, dirt, snow, debris will cause it to fail causing the driver to stop and clean off the sensor and hopefully there isn't some other problem. The interior seems to be pretty well thought out - I like the door covers on the pockets over the driver/passenger seat - good to keep stuff from flying out all over. I'd rather have a workstation setup for the bottom bunk and sleep on the top - however so many drivers are way too fat to get on the top bunk so the manufacturers tend to build towards that clientele. I'd like to give it a drive to see what I like and don't like about it.

If Trucking was like how it was in the 90’s or early 2000’s, this would be a dream that many drivers would strive for. To be free and make money while enjoying a beautiful and proud rig and profession. Sad to see such an awesome way of life killed by too many regulations and everyone out trying to screw the trucker.

Yes I notice that too, and also says in description that comes with "Alcoa wheels" but it has American Racing. May be that's just the standard and you can customize.

E foda você ver país de primeiro mundo se preocupa com o motorista.

I never saw Wheels like that before I always thought that Mac rims had 6 triangles or 6 rectangles as a design sometimes the 10 hole never saw black rims like that before on a tractor trailer

Bright and shiny. I wonder if every other month it hits the shop for a couple of days like my Pinnacle? Blows fuses on a regular basis. As has been said. most of the macks I see out there are regular working trucks. This is a prima donna to me. MHO

You can hook an ELD up to any truck with an electronic engine.

Mack is a great truck and just like all others you can get the best of the best in Mack. Most lacks u see are cookie cutter co trucks with little option but if you have the money you can order a really nice one ..sad thing is ,this truck would cost u about the same as a kw w900 with a 84 in studio sleeper with much more room
BUT does it offer the Cummins X15 for heavy haul like the New 2019 Volvo VNX Heavy Haul?
