Hubby and I have been watching your trip to Alaska...you are cracking me up with your pronunciations! I really do love your true awe at all the beauty you are experiencing so far...We have lived in Alaska two different times, but we lived in Alaska when Alaska wasn't so "cool" with all the tourism and TV shows, the late 70's in Soldotna and then again in '85 in Wasilla...It is such a gorgeous place...all you have to do is google pronunciation of the places you go, get Katrina on it! :) Tucker says get it right Dad.

We had a stone hit our windshield on I-75 going into Florida. We had a windshield repair kit with us (Great thing to have on board) We pulled into a rest area, read the directions, did the things, waited until it was set, and got back on the road. It not only stopped the run that was already starting, it has not budged since. Nice job Chris! lol. Your best jackpot is Katrina. 😊 - Jim & Michelle

Exactly!! Got to love it! We would suggest going through Banff and Jasper on your way to Alaska. Hopefully Jasper will be rebuilt before you start your journey. It's absolutely Amazing! The window repair kit will be one of our first purchases when we get back to MD. Take care.
Hey guys we have talked about getting that glass repair thing and we sure do need it. It was nice to see how easy it was to use. The sourdough campsite looked good but tje pancake toss was a great bonus congratulations Chris you ate a Winner all around !! 😊 Those were lovely british accents. 😊 Catching up now that we are finally back and have service again!
If you get a chance to stay there on your Alaska trip you won't be disappointed. We actually stayed there twice. LOL, I think we need to work on our British accents.🤪 Glad to hear you have service again!

A pancake contest in Alaska and a "what" a fish toss in Alabama a year or two ago.😂😂😂. Looks like a lot of fun thou. Maybe we should have some type of "tossing contest" in Quartzite if that becomes a reality. You both look like you are having a great time. Continued safe travels. Be safe and be well. We had a stone chip in our windshield in SD. Went to Ace Hardware and bought a one time kit to repair it ourselves. Worked for us 🎉
Sweet!! We have been very impressed with how well our windshield has held us since our friend fixed it.
Tok is pronounced with a long O, Valdez is pronounced with a long E. Loved the episode.

Love the pancake toss. While most try to throw the pancake like a frisbee I decided to do it like I was shooting free throws with a basketball. To my surprise I put them right in and got my free breakfast the next morning. Something I will always remember about our Alaska trip. Oh, at that time we had a Winnebago Trend just like you have. Only thing is we didn't have a spare tire which made me nervous.
What a good idea to throw it that way! We were too afraid to travel without the spare. Too many people said we might need one. Fortunately we didn't and everything worked out for the best. Thanks for watching and have an amazing summer!

Hey Sherri! We totally got lucky with our windshield and having a friend to fix it was a blessing. From what we were told the prices are so extremely high right now their customers aren't purchasing them so they took them off their menu. We're hoping to find somewhere in WA to get some. He did a great job and was so happy he won! Safe travels to you as well!

Well nice video as always! You 2 are a Hoot! Well it looks like we missed each other in AK. We are crossing into the US tomorrow morning. Spent a month at the great Springer RV park in Palmer after selling the house. We left AK a week ago. Went through Chicken and Dawson City. What a drive! Hope to see ya on the road!

Our windshield got a crack by the lower passenger side so didn’t impede Scott’s view. Second slight crack we got. Had Safelite fix first one. Probably fix this one. Will wait until we possibly get another crack before replacing😢. Glad you are enjoying.

Of frost heaves in the past.
We were definitely surprised their weren't more. Just drive slow and it's not that bad.

This is what we use. GoPro Hero 11, GoPro 8, DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and our IPhone13's.
Had no idea one could buy themselves a glass chip repair kit. 🍻
