hertz is the unit of frequency in the system of units, in this case its the frequency at which the controllers are being tracked, therefore if you had zero hertz your controllers wouldn't track at all.
You can only use this on steam btw so you can’t do it on standalone anymore. (Blame Lemming for basically making standalone even less of an advantage 😂)

most pros don't even use low hz they use predictions adb or phase sync or steam most pros or some switched to steam after the hz thing where you couldnt use adb swap interval or others
