    The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH.... stock,silver and gold)

      Individuals are still holding crypto coin and stocks? I didn’t know that , I guess a few know about integrating into the micro economy to help substitute FIAT or usdt for a more tangible exchange Experience, it more like capitalization with about 43.307% profits/ ROI weekly though.. ps.. Without trying to sound ignorant or rude
      I want to ask,
      Is it from investing most of you guys have started to generate capital? And if so, was the initial investment?
      Also could anyone recommend or give some guidance on how I am to begin ie companies, stock, broker etc?
      Thank you in advance 🙏🏽

    I don't NEED $10Million. I can find a used car for 10k. I can find a house anywhere from $335K to $600k in an excellent area with great schools. I would need $3 mil to sustain that lifestyle. And 4 million to rev it up.

    • @iTuber012
      @iTuber012 10 месяцев назад +2

      Exactly. Outside the really high prices areas like California or New York, 3 million is more than enough for most people

  • @iTuber012
    @iTuber012 10 месяцев назад +16

    Honestly I think $4 million would work for most people. Especially for regular people working jobs. For entrepreneurs, it is different. But for regular people, Take somewhere between $250k and $1 million and that will be your paid off house, free and clear. The rest, somewhere between $2 million and $3 million) would be investments (e. g dividends from stock holdings) ...at about 3.5 percent dividends, that's around $105k per year in passive income.
    The problem is the other side of the ledger, folks need to control their spending

    • @funkthat
      @funkthat 10 месяцев назад +1

      Just rounding numbers, between me and my wife we own 3 million in real estate. We rent out about 2 million worth of those assets and with those profits I am retired early at the age of 35. But I also have residual income earning me 1600 a month with more to grow. My wife still continues to work because we have 2 young children.
      So if you extrapolate those numbers to fit a single person no kids, it seem that 3 million is needed to retire comfortably. A couple with no kids needs 6 million in investments to retire. And lastly a couple with 2 kids would need about 9 million in assets to retire.
      Thats just my estimate.

    • @itsmrwallace6735
      @itsmrwallace6735 10 месяцев назад +5

      Agree...4 Million for most regular ppl would do quite comfortably...pay off the house, debt, have a few income streams...4 Mill would defo work BUT the problem comes from excessive spending. People will see 4 Million an wanna spend it on luxury that they want an not need.

    10 million in assets gives you a salary of 400,000 and your assets will still be growing in the background.

    Subconsciously if you cant fathom $10mill or believe you can achieve that number, you wont. Its your mindset. The number alone makes you uncomfortable because it scares you and your ego says lets stay in our comfortable struggle zone. I had a car service and mostly white guys would have this convo on a regular , the number was between $2mill -5mill that they would get nervous and they where regular guys in businesses that where not mind blowing. There mindset was different.If you a person who says just give me a million and Im good then you already lost. ThINK BIG and act and dont apologize for it.

    You guys are talking to the top one percent in the country, and totally ignoring the 99%. You guys have entered into a realm of wealth that most people can’t even dream off. When you’re using Mark Cuban, Rick Ross, and Kyrie Irving as examples…. You’re not thinking about normal people.
    This post will inspire 1% of your audience and discourage 99%. Was it worth it?
    I applaud your efforts to inspire people, but come on guys. Did you forget where you came from?
