Hello fellow human. I am not convinced about mixing it up since it gave same result as leaving it only to AI. Test sample was also super small, should have ran at least 10 of each and then get average to see how it went. What I take from it is that you should do whatever you enjoy more since there is no noticeable difference for average player. f1-f3 commanders :)
@@eazymerked I’ve been lucky enough to have my captains take control of all my units, usually my cav engage in charge cycles while my ranged cav do hit and runs. Unless I have too many foot troops, then the cav split in too and cover their flanks

How we let the ai control things?
Hold the command button then go to toggle and then delegate command with all troops selected
Ranged cav… ai better
You reckon ?
i disagree the ai always sends ranged cav alone at the start of battles and they get taken out by archers
