I so felt that comment about attracting broken people.....I have persons around me who just want me to make them feel better and don't give a hoot about how drained I am after leaving their company.

I really appreciate the way she put across the therapist, because it's too much taboo about therapist, too many persons see going to a therapist as we you having mental issues, for me a therapist is my safe space, my confidant, someone I can pour my heart out to and it's safe because not many of us are fortunate to have persons we can confide in and they don't repeat what was said to them
I will be on this show one day, to inspire the world as long as God gives me life

She has the most vibes in Zumba! The only time I’ve ever done it! Also a positive being overall! Goes to show that we all have our low points but it’s how you chose to live life positively that counts!

I don’t agree with nor support getting a mommy makeover for any reason. To the point where you can’t have sex with the lights on because you’re so ashamed of yourself and what your husband will think? 🤔🧐 This is something a tummy tuck can’t fix 🤷🏽♀️
After having 3 children i lost confident out of cloths especially my breast so i would always be wearing a bra when going to bed.so i understand her
