You will need to contact a hospital as normally only the hospital pharmacies will prescribe Category 2 narcotics. Pharmacies won’t have them. It’s a fairly strict system. I’d recommend sending an email to all the major hospitals (Bumrungrad, Bangkok, Samitivej etc) and ask each one. You will need a consultation and a new prescription for Thailand. I am unsure about prices. I'll take a look, but generally this is a hospital only drug with pretty strict conditions around prescription. However, if you have an existing prescription it is possible to bring a 90-day supply with you, which is the maximum allowed. Remember that whatever amount much you bring, you must get permission to import it first, before you travel as this is a class 2 narcotic in Thailand, so you need to have an approval from the Thai FDA to import any amount, even for personal medical use. Good question! Thailand actually has a few different emergency numbers - generally 1669 is the medical emergency number, but 191 is the general emergency and police number. It can also be useful to call the tourist police in case the operator doesn't speak English, which is 1155. I'll do a video on general healthcare soon and discuss some of this! Cheers
Hey bud, quick question, but not related to this video…lolol. When renting. Condo in Thailand - I am currently renting one in Hua Hin. How do you stay away from them using the condo like a hotel? Which can be frustrating at times. Further some condos will create a loophole and you cannot use all amenities unless you are the owner of the condo. Like to know your thoughts on this one. Peace brother
Take a walk into the condo. Normally you will see signs that say "no Air BNB" everywhere. These condos will have much stricter policies against Air BNB You should be allowed to use the amenities if you are registered at the condo as a tenant (you get the rights of the owner). Cheers!
@@thebangkokguide thanks bud. Let me clarify with the amenities. I signed a long term lease but they have all these rules. They have a BBQ station by the pool but your not aloud to use it cause your not the owner. Plus they have a no eating or drinking policy by the pool. For example, if you violate the rules, they want to charge you 1000 baht per violation. For example, if am caught eating by the pool, that’s a 1000 baht. About half the rules, you should be aloud to do as rights as a tenant. The other half of the rules, I agree with such as no smoking. But most of the rules are coming from they are treating it like a hotel. But when I signed the lease, I was told they only do long term rentals but after being here for 3 months, that’s not the case at all. Peace brother
Yeah you can buy most stuff without a prescription here. Bodybuilding isn’t a big thing in Thailand, and the overly jacked steroid look isn’t actually very popular with women either.

@@thebangkokguide so doctors don’t really prescribed opioids down there? And what about going about H trade down there? How easily is it to get H? As in have you been offered heroin down there? Like how they sell drugs in the party district I’ve heard about cocaine and other things but I haven’t really heard much about that down there
Opioids are quite hard to get, even a prescription. Never been offered H either... It's not a very common drug here.
Can I buy liquid ketamine? Or could I get it prescribed by a doctor if I pay him off
Ketamine is a Category 2 psychotropic, so you would normally require a prescription. I don't have any personal knowledge about this drug, but it may be difficult to get as it's widely abused.
That’s Interesting! Have a great weekend! 🤗❤️✨
Thank you! You too!
What's the pharmacy friendly for bodybuilders?
Go to Sukhumvit Soi 4. You’ll have no problem. Just take a walk into the main ones around there and ask.
dont go to boots or watson. Go to a small one and ask for "the book". You will get anything you want.
Pattaya is better these days for that ,
But in Bangkok, if you are walking down sukhumvit rd towards the lower numbers go past soi4 and there are a couple on the left near the service station ,try there
But like I said Pattaya is much better if you are going there as well
Steroids are not good for your Willy or heart Fools 🤣

Can you get blood pressure medicine(Losartan) without a prescription in Thailand?
I'm not familiar with the specific drug but most blood pressure medicines are available without a prescription!
@@thebangkokguide Next month I will be in Thailand. I will look for it at some of the pharmacies you recommended. Thanks for posting this valuable information.
Very good
Thank you 🙏
Thank you for this video! Does Thailand have 911 emergency service if you have an emergency and their ambulance picks you up like in the States?
Good question! Thailand actually has a few different emergency numbers - generally 1669 is the medical emergency number, but 191 is the general emergency and police number. It can also be useful to call the tourist police in case the operator doesn't speak English, which is 1155. I'll do a video on general healthcare soon and discuss some of this! Cheers
Thank you soo much for this detailed answer. You always give soo much good info in your vlogs! We really appreciate you!
Didn't see your reply. Yes, you are definitely in a strange condo. I would get out of that type. Not normal at all.
wtf I can get testostorone and steroids legally?! without a prescription?! How are they not all jacked down there!?
Yeah you can buy most stuff without a prescription here. Bodybuilding isn’t a big thing in Thailand, and the overly jacked steroid look isn’t actually very popular with women either.
are blood pressure and cholesterol meds okay to bring into thailand?
Yeah, you should be totally fine for both. You can also buy most here without a prescription.
I’ve been bringing Xarelto, Cardevidilol, Furosemide, and Digoxin in for 10 years.I keep these meds in a 7 day pill box. When I buy my meds here in Reno Nevada I cut the the labels off and tape them to the pill box.Might help if they want to see what I got.But I have never been scrutinized.
You dont need any permission from Thailand if you have prescribtion from your country at least if you come from EU. Not sure about USA.
Where did you see that? Legally it is required to get FDA permission if the drug is scheduled...
@@thebangkokguide I said Not sure about USA, there is no FDA in Europe. I think there are different laws for EU and USA travellers like usually every country isnt equal but those laws etc are made between countries.
@@bogseI am talking about the Thai FDA. There are not separate laws for different nationalities. It is Thai law and it applies to anyone entering Thailand.
Pharmaceutical drugs are not medicine but only a bandage for your problems Sickos 😂 eat, sleep and be well 🙏🏼

THANK YOU so much for this very informative video. I've been to Thailand seven times now. I always stay at the Novotel on Soi 4. Which pharmacy do you go to and is Tadalafil aka Cialis available there?
The one right on the corner right at Soi 4 near the police box is excellent. I needed a less common medication when my parents visited and they ordered it from the hospital pharmacy...picked it up within an hour. You should be fine to get Tadalafil from there as well.
Sex tourist. Can't get any at home. Have to come here and pay for it. 🤡
