I used a similar one to pull a tree over with my truck and a rope. Rope did not fail but the tension deformed the plate steel and the weakest link is the two black spring clips the hold it all together. (Should be bolted thru for maximum strength) the tree land ok but pulley fail and shot aluminum "wheel " out at high speed. Never saw it and looked for 15 minutes, never found it. My friend was in the truck and I was cutting within its path.It would have killed me.thx China
