I'm already doing ur inner thighs and abs bed workout very often either be4 sleeping or just by waking up they 're rly give energy and make me feel super satisfied I just enjoy the burn in all of ur exercises thank u so much and keep up the great work 💚
Tried this for the first time today along with her Cool down video and I immediately noticed a difference. My posture got better, straighter, the reason why I feel longer/taller. When I walk, it feels like I can stretch my leg as far as I can per step. I'll try my best to commit to this every morning. Thanks Joanna!

Great way to start the day! Challenging but not too intimidating. And I was in my pajamas and barefoot which I loved because it was easy to roll out of bed and get to work. It’s energizing! *edit: Only downside is that it’s hard on the wrists.

Also eating right is hard for me and my family financially so I decided to intermittent fast till 1pm the eat only peanuts or peanut butter with a cucumber or two three to four times a week then eat sweetpotatoes for super at 8pm.is that okay coz I tell want to lose my belly fat.
i will definitely be doing this every morning. i literally rolled out of bed... (no bra) & did this. i’m sweating ! i’m 5”2 & i weight 128... trying to lose weight.

Try a yoga mat. I have one from Chin Mudra that I love. But there are plenty yoga mat with a good grip.
