    I am during this while fasting and it is just what I needed. No equipement, even though I am sweeting I don't feel exhausted and it is SO REFRESHING doing it in the morning. Thank you so much !

    I am loving this quick morning workout. I only have time to get a full workout at night, but I felt sluggish all day. So this is a great way to get my day started and feeling good!

    I'm already doing ur inner thighs and abs bed workout very often either be4 sleeping or just by waking up they 're rly give energy and make me feel super satisfied
    I just enjoy the burn in all of ur exercises thank u so much and keep up the great work 💚

    Tried this for the first time today along with her Cool down video and I immediately noticed a difference. My posture got better, straighter, the reason why I feel longer/taller. When I walk, it feels like I can stretch my leg as far as I can per step.
    I'll try my best to commit to this every morning. Thanks Joanna!

    This might speak volumes to my overall fitness level, but I found this really hard XD I enjoyed it though. Does anyone else have problems with their mat slipping and sliding everywhere?

      Tricia Head I have that issue. When I get sweaty I slide all over it! Looking for a better quality mat

      Try a yoga mat. I have one from Chin Mudra that I love. But there are plenty yoga mat with a good grip.

    Joanna, your videos always motivate me. I love the pajama workouts. I live in an apartment, so it's hard to do a morning workout that doesn't annoy my neighbors!!

    Great way to start the day! Challenging but not too intimidating. And I was in my pajamas and barefoot which I loved because it was easy to roll out of bed and get to work. It’s energizing!
    *edit: Only downside is that it’s hard on the wrists.

    Also eating right is hard for me and my family financially so I decided to intermittent fast till 1pm the eat only peanuts or peanut butter with a cucumber or two three to four times a week then eat sweetpotatoes for super at 8pm.is that okay coz I tell want to lose my belly fat.

    i will definitely be doing this every morning. i literally rolled out of bed... (no bra) & did this. i’m sweating ! i’m 5”2 & i weight 128... trying to lose weight.
