stay prayed up. I like that, remember the whole armor of God, and the most important piece: the shield of faith for it blocks the fiery darts. We know from 2 peter 3:5 if the world is reserved into fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men and the shield of faith will be what saves a soul on that fiery day so see thou be not like a scoffer who is walking after their own lust and whom are willingly ignorant that the earth is standing out of and in the water. This water that is the fire darts Or hellfire the same destroyed Saddam and Gomorrah. so be mindful of your conversations with God and your holiness and righteousness and look at all of your possessions and things around you and know that all these things will be melted with the elements of that fever heat and that what remains which is you and the ones you love and then what it is that is important in this life for this life will become that life which is the next life.
All the prayers in the world won't help you if you're not obeying all God's 10 commandments! I am advising everyone to obey the Holy Sabbath which is #4 commandment, because this is how most believers are going to get deceived or already are. Satans counterfiet Sabbath will be the mark and whoever rebels against God's holy Sabbath command will end up being stuck here to either take the mark or starve and be headed. Worship God now in all sincerity. Father Jehovah said IF you love me you will keep my commandments and #4 says REMEMBER the Sabbath to keep it holy. I am old. I miss the nation when it was Christian. It was a good nation. You could feel Gods blessings. No more.
The Bible clearly tells us that this cursed world is entirely under the control of Satan. If we love this world (Satan's kingdom) we do not love God and if we even befriend this rebellious world we will become an enemy to God.
America was never "good" to believe that is to turn from God's word and will. Too many Christians became far too comfortable in this country with Satan's creation, America is guilty of incredible evil, but we overlook it all because we are so comfortable and numb here.

American Christianity (American here) has strayed far from God's word and will, we have been pumped full of pride (God hates the kind of pride that puts us above others) and we serve money here; the Bible says we can't serve both money and God.
Truth is we're full of religious hypocrisy and most of us don't actually study God's word as we're supposed to, we instead do what the Bible tells us to never do: we're wise in our own eyes, we turn to our own minds and lean on our own understanding because we believe the lie Satan told Eve.
Satan told Eve she would be wise like God knowing good and evil, many Christians clearly believe this.
The antichrist is going to exploit our love for the world, many will turn to him to save it instead of letting it pass away like God tells us too.
I know what you mean but really we haven't really had a Godly nation that has been good for everyone for very long, it just felt that way for some of us. Women didn't receive the right to vote until 1920 and civil rights didn't really go into action until the late 60s. There have always been people who have been considered second-class citizens. I think our constitution is beautiful and inspired by God. People did their best and yes it was the greatest country this world has ever seen. There was a short period in the fifties where our lives were basically ideal. That's when globalism began to take hold and has slowly but surely eroded American's faith in God. I’ve been reading how on the 6th day God finished creating. Then He created an extra day, a sacred day. “God blessed the seventh day and made it holy because on it God rested from all His work” (Genesis 2:3) I love my Creator, our Most High God and want to honor Him always. (Genesis 2:2) “If you love Me, keep My commandments.” (John 14:15)
“God engraved on the tablets.” (Exodus 32:16) “two tablets of the Testimony, tablets of stone, written with the finger of God.” (Exodus 31:18)
“God never changes” (Malachi 3:6) I feel our Creator is worthy to be praised, honored and obeyed. “For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable.” If God has ever been good, then He will always be good because He never changes! (Psalm 102:27, Romans 11:29, James 1:17) I want to honor His Seventh day and obey all His Commandments because
Jesus said; “The Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.” (Matthew 12:8, Mark 2:28, Luke 6:5)
So why do we worship the 1st day of creation? I was reading about historical events that Pope Constantine changed the day of worship because sun-worship was the official religion of the Roman Empire. Catholic Encyclopedia, Vol. 4, p. 153 states “The church after changing the day of rest from the Jewish Sabbath or seventh-day of the week to the first, made the third commandment refer to Sunday as the day to be kept holy as the Lord’s day.”
Jesus says in the Bible He is Lord of the Sabbath. Not only because of who He is as the God who instituted it, but because He is the one who provides full and final Sabbath rest to all who believe in Him. In the end Satan will be furious with those “who keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.”(Revelation 12:17)
I choose to worship my Creator (Psalm 95:6) and on His sacred day because God created the seventh day for man to worship and rest from his work.

I haven’t been the member of a church for years. They preached for “money, money, money.” I can take a walk in the woods, see God’s creatures, nature, and I feel so close to Him. It fills my heart. It’s become my church. ❤️

You do not have to attend a church, Almighty God is not in buildings made of wood and bricks.
He is in us and around us, the gospel of St Thomas (considered by Roman Catholics to be heresy) is known to be the most accurate account of what Jesus said.
But if this gospel was included in the bible, no one would go to church and the Roman Catholic church would not be as rich as it has become.

Because of the way the church was going he rebelled against it, the hierarchy sentenced him to be Crucified. In a further act of rebellion he insisted on being crucified inverted.

I go to an interdenominational church sometimes, I do not agree with the RC church rituals. I certainly will not confess my sins to a mortal sitting in a box, I confess directly to God in prayer.

The sad thing for many of us who consider ourselves Christian is that we see the church itself as having turned away from God.
Agree! I stopped going to Catholic churches because as I got older, I observed, many hypocritical practices that made me very sad and angry at the same time. The church itself is just a building so it's not its fault. It is how those that attend, are preached to, and how they absorb it. I changed churches many times and like a commenter above, wasn't feeling the holy spirit. ( I had felt it before, as a child, when attending a Large, older, Catholic Church in a very small populated town.) When we moved to the cities they felt different. I witnessed disdain for people of different races and also different social classes. ( Example: You were shunned if you even sat in the same pews with those that were not able to dress fancy or looked poor.) Also, we would sit through a sermon about avoiding such activities as drinking, adulterer, sex before marriage, gambling, etc.
After the sermon commenced an announcement was usually done by a person that reminded everyone of upcoming events.
" Be sure not to miss this coming Saturday nights Bingo and Prize Raffle!" (And guess what was something people would win?) Bottles of liquor.
That's just a few of the things that seemed wrong to me.
So I started to visit different denomination churches to see if it was the same.
I have since been re-babtized Babtist. My family wasn't all that pleased since our family line has mostly had all new babies baptized Catholic.
Changes in life, marriage and other circumstances, had me moving away to a new area in FL.
Now don't get me wrong because it's a beautiful facility, but the church I attended for the first time in my new state made me think I was on the wrong planet.
Upon entering the large entry way you are greeted by handsome young men. I thought they were extending their hands as if to shake mine. But instead, we were handed little plastic baggies that had ear plugs in it. I thought that was odd. As you walk through the large corridor, people were standing around a little shop. I'm not kidding, they had a Starbucks in the church. We passed it and went through the big doors and were ushered to our seats. ( felt like I was attending an opera or something.) There was a huge stage with a large screen TV above it and two more TV'S on each side of the room. I found out the reason for the earplugs as the service started. It was such loud music, that I felt like I was vibrating in my seat. A group of people came on the stage and we're singing some upbeat, pop like, song while doing choreographied dancing. It was just like I was at Disney. Afterwards we had our pic with the Preacher. ( Who actually is sort of a celebrity in the U.S.) It was the most bazaar experience for me. That didn't feel like church At All! Perhaps I'm getting old and that's the new generations choice of worship. I hope I don't offend anyone that reads this that goes to this place, it's not my purpose. It's just in my eyes and heart, the church is now more of a business. They even had big cameras ( like on film sets) filming the stage. So my church continues for where I fit in. Since I've been praying at home I started also reading the Quran as I've made some beautiful Muslims. There are many similarities yet many differences. It's not for me because I don't believe I could be one of 4 wives. And Jesus to a Muslim is one of the prophets. But Mohammed( PBUH) is the final messenger. There is no Trinity, Allah is the One and Only God. Which is still close in respect to Christianity, that there is one God. To end this, because I feel like I wrote you all a novel here. Some of us are Christians in training. (For we all have sinned.) God has called us and we are on a journey to be with him. Whatever way you happen to choose for your path, he knows your heart. I'm a human that is all alone now. Yet I am never lonely, because he is always with me. My favorite part of the Bible is... "Love one another as I have Loved You."
Because it is one of the biggest challenges we face daily.

I didn't leave the church, the church left me. I haven't been able to find a church for many years now because of everything you talked about in this message. How do you find your church family when the vast majority of churches no longer teach the gospel? And that is why I desperately searched for something on the internet (I despise the internet & am upset I've had to go this route to find good true gospel teachings).
Jesus Christ is the church. If we are in his body, we are already in the church. His body is not a system or organisations or buildings or a specific group of people. ❤
