I dont remember the exact story but the guy that got him had some sort of complaint and contacted customer service about it and they were supposed to award him a base 2w curry to his account to resolve the issue and they either were feeling generous or else mistakenly gave him the tutorial version instead. Theres also no 4 clutch shots either. His clutch takes 90sec to recharge but it also begins every quarter pre charged, so unless you take longer than 30 sec to use the first one you can get 2.
