I'm all for her donating her hair, but the "its all going! its all going!" is so unnecessary. can you imagine being a child and having what you see as part of you being taken away(not by force but you get the point) and being told over and over again that its all being taken away from you and theres no way back? that would probably make her rethink what she's doing, cause it grows back but it takes a while and it can be scary. I just didn't find that needed from the guardian.
What a wonderful thing you did sweetheart! Remember, it'll grow back, but there's kids out there who can't grow any right now and they're going to be so happy that you gave them some! I'm so proud of you!
This warms my heart. I’m about to go through chemo and my main focus was losing my hair and see just seeing people willing to give there hair for chemo patients is amazing
My heart goes out to you Ashley darlin. I lost quit a bit of hair during my first round of a different type of treatment for a difference type of disease. But I’m no longer in remission (or what we thought was remission) and I fear this treatment will do the same. But since then I’ve grown my hair out again (it eventually grew back!) because id like to donate it one more time before it inevitably starts falling out again. I thought I would hate looking in the mirror. I focused so much on losing my hair before that I often found myself more worried about that aspect of it all than what was actually important. But after a while of looking myself in the mirror, even with a lot of it gone, I didn’t care. I felt bad ass. Most people cannot say that they are housing an internal nuclear war with a smile on their face. Who cares about a lil hair? Right? To me it simply became a reminder of how brave I was. I cannot fully resonate with your situation and I don’t want to pretend I can. But I do know fear and I do know what it’s like to feel like a stranger in your own body. To feel almost a hint of betrayal. It’s a confusing way to be. But I do hope you see my words as encouragement rather than brushing your feelings off. I’m also hoping how I eventually saw it is how you will see it too, dear Ashley. Stay strong! Our bodies are incredible machines. Tell yourself youll be alright, and watch the difference it makes as opposed to telling yourself you won’t. You’re a badass and you’ve got this. I swear it! Just listen to your body. Hair shmair. It’ll be waiting to come back to you when the time it right 🤍
@@melrose8213 No thank you for the kind words and encouragement, you don’t know how badly I needed to hear this from someone that experienced something similar so thanks. 🙏🏽

I cut off my 10 inch ponytail a year ago. I'll be thankful when its grown back. It gave me ptsd for a few months. But you're helping someone who needs hair. Thats really what counts. God bless you little one.☺🙏💜👍
How sweet of her!! I've been donating hair since I was 13. Such a good feeling. Very proud of her nobel donation. And she's gotta know who ever this donation helps appreciates it the most. Keep it up girly! You're amazing!!🎉😁💜

Jennifer Berrios! So happy to hear your cancer free. You are an inspiration to those still suffering. My 30 year old daughter is one of them. As a cancer survivor, I will say to the little girl, “you are an angel…thank you for donating your hair for those of us who have lost ours!” Bless you!
I just didn't find that needed from the guardian.
i- shut up bruh haha

It’ll be waiting to come back to you when the time it right 🤍
Ahhhh I just saw that it said months ago and not minutes!! (Dyslexic 🤪🤪🤪)
Hope all is well Ashley!!!
Sending love and prayers to you 🙏🏻❤️💋

Good parents?
It was her parents who made her do this.
You seriously believe a child that age voluntarily came up with that idea??
@Drama Queen Jessica kidz can have a relative who did it or watched a person who did it online or on social media or they were inspired by it and maybe rhey even had a feiend with hair loss and wanted to donate dont assume things without nowing the backstory just remember
