a lot of my friends are upset about this change too, hour long rants on discord servers, i never got the game, mostly because im broke but i heard good things till recently :/
@@cousinzeke4888 I wouldn’t say anyone is forgiving them I genuinely think sony won’t be doing anymore mandatory psn sign ups, their PC players are probably too important by now lol. I’m curious to see what happens with ghost of tsushimas co-op mode in the next week, though.
I know why Sony is way they are run by old Japanese men they have this sort of pride thing. I mean Sony has done this before cross console gaming. This wouldn't be their last greedy attempt. Largely they could have been fine if they just left it as is but Sony is run by outer touch Japanese
I play on PlayStation, so it wont effect me, but really dick move by Sony. We should've seen this coming, Big Corporation with a game that got big, course they step in and kill the fanbase. I hope Sony backs off and make it optional again, Arrowhead CEO said he was talking to them. If I was on steam id enjoy the game while i can, you have to do it in june i think. R.I.P. fanbase, at least I got to play in its prime.

The game is absolutely fantastic, one of the best multiplayer games in awhile. But ye it’s a shame sony had to be quirky and die on their hill.

This makes me really really sad. I love this game and it’s the only game I really have had the desire to play recently.
Really hoping things turn around, it’s a huge shame to see especially on something that was so universally loved.
