So lovely! I don't have ASMR but have great difficulty going to sleep. Your soft, low, slow voice is so calming and helpful to me. One time a masseuse lightly placed her hand over my face for about a minute without moving. It was such a powerful calming experience as our energy melded together through our chakra points. This reminds me of that moment.

My all time favourite trigger is gentle ear touches and tracing, so I was so happy to see that included as part of this wonderfully relaxing video. I can feel the tingles as if it’s happening to me! Thank you for posting ❤

Slow hair parting all over the head with a rat tail comb or hair pin and moving all the hair from 1 side to the other slowly in little sections are my favorite triggers.
mine is hair separation. Section by Section and playing with underneath little neck hairs. It's my all time favorite trigger
