Outgoing Law Council chair warns conflicts of interest involving govt parties persist in Gibraltar

- Outgoing chair of the law council, Kenneth Navas, has said conflicts of interest involving government parties continue to arise and cause issues, in what he describes as very much a Gibraltar issue.
Giving his 5th address at today’s opening of the legal year, Mr Navas said that lawyers in certain positions should not do any work for the government in order to avoid potential conflicts.
Iain Triay-Clarence spoke to Mr Navas following his address, and first asked what the council's priorities were for the year ahead. - Кино
