You can remove the handles from the hamper, turn it upside down, put a large round tray on top, and you'll have a beautiful side table.

I live in the Midwest and our stores are absolutely empty… There’s even signs saying “we are not going out of business we are just waiting for stock” and it’s been going on for six months!
im in ontario and it has a sign like that too. i asked one of the associates, and she said whatever stuff they do get in is gone after a day or two. she was really happy about though, she said she hasnt had to reorganize shelves!

I love shopping for inspiration, too! My friends don't understand why I spend time in stores out of my budget. If you're still shopping for art, the New York public library has a massive digital collection which can be used for free. I blew up an image of a menu for a 1930s ocean liner.
I know this wasn’t meant for me lol but thanks for recommending the NYPL’s digital prints collection (especially the free ones). I never knew this was a thing, I had always bought prints over on etsy.

Oh wow! I love the pics that were like Tarot cards, the crystals picture and there was a lamp that you touched that was really cool. It sort of looked like a vase creamy white with just a hint of blue gray. So much cool stuff.

A thought on your black tile dilemma. I have a black glass tile backsplash that I LOVE but I had them use black grout. It makes a huge difference.

I’m in New York and the shelves are also EMPTY in Marshall’s, Burlington, HomeGoods, and TJMax. Most of these products where made in China so I believe that’s why we are not seeing many of the stores with merchandise on the shelves. It’s pretty easy to find bedspreads-and things of that nature but the cute knickknacks are out of stock. 😔What do you think?

I LOVE the black tile as I think it grounds the space. If it was white, the space wouldn't have a strong focal point and would just fade into the white paint. Sometimes, I think too much of the same color makes a space appear boring and lacks interest.
