I can imagine somewhat the meaning of this: So says the bones, so says the blood pressure, so says the nervous system: bones of your limbs, your blood will bleed, your nerves will be felt, so says your body/spirit. Note that this isn't metal. As much as it "links" through the folk components of both (and the audiences can overlap quite a bit), this isn't metal. This crowd is communing more than it is moshing or other stuff you see in metal. The band is basically called "Healing" and the chant is about healing, it would be weird for the crowd to be "violent" (even if it was only a mosh or something).
They are amazing, I came across them when I was trying to explain to my 2 sons about there mixed background. Plus I'm a lot less angry after listen to them and inner peace is all I need dealing with a 5 and 8 year old...

A lot of their music is about these ancient tribal tunes transcending cultures so that what Celtic or Germanic tribes did in their rituals probably was not too far off from what native Americans or ancient Mesopotamia or India did. You see some in the end section of the clip.
