I work at the corporate offices of a foreign language school and am looking to advance. Could you recommend a mid--level financial certificate/qualification that could be obtained within a year. I have researched the online FMVA courses and they are relatively simple. A suggestion from you would be greatly appreciated. Best of luck in all future endeavors.

So when doing the valuation do you find the mean and median multiples for the comparables or the target. And further do you multiply that multiple by the targets EBITDA or the comparables EBITDA?
Wow, The Score would have been a fantastic investment. Look at its share price now. $0.17 per share when this video was made vs $40.90 now, and briefly being over $50.

You take the median of the comps multiples and multiply it by the target’s (your firm) EBITDA
