Steven probably regrets killing Mike after the events of Dissension. He so blinded by anger at the the loss of Miki that he didn't think about his actions and killed his own brother without thinking about what would happen after. Mike would probably forgive his brother's actions, knowing that he wasn't himself after the death of Miki and doesn't blame him for killing him. That's what I think anyway. (Also, nice touch putting in Blues' Racticate gravestone and Gold gravestone in the first background.)

Bro for some reason i thought about making that for my headcanon for steven, like after killing mike, mike helps steven through the rest of his journey and forgives for what steven has done to him.
After the events of Dissension. Steven got his senses back and regretted his awful decision, knowing that he no longer have a brother around. Which is sadly the only person who would interact with him instead of running away from him. Now Steven is all alone by himself, no humans or Pokemons would came close to him. (This is just some random comment, not real)

Dang man is this honestly a pretty great bygone purpose with these characters while fitting really well and the art that's been featured/included is nice looking as well, And along with that I love what was done with the part at 1:44 with the photo and mike's ghost afterwards to make feel even more sadder.
Bygone Purpose needs more covers. It is such a great song to listen to. Its also one of the first FNF songs I actually cried at while playing it. Hurts more when you understand the story, this cover being a great example, from the way their expressions are shown, to knowing lore, even just the music itself. All of it can pull you at the heartstrings.
I think Steven could lie about Mike's situation saying that he had a heart attack while he was sleeping after he was never going to say that he was the one who killed Mike fearing what might happen to him
I just realised how similar hypno and steven similar to each other -Both look like characters from game with some difference (hypno being really small that normal hypno and steven long hair then short hair of red) -Both have close connection to a girl (hypno's trainer and steven's charizard) -Both lost their close one by a young person (mike killing miki due to malfunctioning of trade and bullies making hypno's trainer kill herself) -Both become more sinister and seek revenge towards due who did this and both suceeded doing that

In my headcanon of the events here are as follows: Despite everything that has happened...Mike still loved his brother and wanted him move on. He would wish that his life with Dewdrop would bring in that same light that he remembered his brother had, however Steven refuses to forgive himself and slowly allows himself to become forgotten eventually turning to Missingno to give the abomination one final command...to alter the world to the point where no one knew he existed and erasing the memories of everyone in Kanto that there never was a champion. As the years go by and over time nature would overtake his home and would be cut off from the rest of Pallet Town he remains there, forever haunted with his memories, to remember the day he threw everything away all the while his brother, restless and cannot move on tries desperately tries to get his brother to move on despite that its never going to happen, they are trapped forever.

I would agree bygone purpose is the saddest song because of hypno losing his trainer to bully’s that made her Un alive herself. But whenever you think of this song, then look at the backstory, its also extremely depressing. Good remix though!

1:48 I just noticed the Charmander doesn’t have a flame on its tail On other notes, the amount of details on the art works are amazing, like the hand marks on Mike’s ghost neck. The graves in the tower, and so forth. 10/10 great cover

A little Easter egg I saw was the tombstones raticate blue oak this was when blue was in the lavender tower morning his raticates death and the other one says gold as he died in his creepypasta
Anyone notice in the background that two of the tombstones are different than the rest? The first one shows that Blue’s Raticate has passed away in the games after you battle him before you go to the Pokémon tower he doesn’t have his Raticate in his team suggesting that it died after the battle and the other tombstone is a reference to LOST SLIVER when Gold dies at the end of the creepypasta the Unknown were the main focus of the story and eventually spelled “I’m dead” which means that Gold passed away and those writings are Unknown.

I would agree bygone purpose is the saddest song because of hypno losing his trainer to bully’s that made her Un alive herself. But whenever you think of this song, then look at the backstory, its also extremely depressing. Good remix though!

I just noticed the Charmander doesn’t have a flame on its tail
On other notes, the amount of details on the art works are amazing, like the hand marks on Mike’s ghost neck. The graves in the tower, and so forth.

In the story Steven killed him in order to use his soul to bring Miki back. But Miki came back looking like a zombie and is in pain. So Steven had to put them out of said suffering, meaning he killed his brother for nothing as he didn't get Miki back

Pues según la creepypasta original después de matar a Mike vuelve "Miki" pero en vez de cómo lo quería Steven Missingno (probablemente fue el que le ayudo a recuperar a "Miki") le trajo a su Pokémon pero siendo casi como un cadáver en vez de estar viva pero al final se le ve sonriendo como si estuviera satisfecho así que en la creepypasta la imagen del freeplay de dissension solo es Steven viendo en lo que se convirtió sonriendo como desquiciado

Anyone notice in the background that two of the tombstones are different than the rest? The first one shows that Blue’s Raticate has passed away in the games after you battle him before you go to the Pokémon tower he doesn’t have his Raticate in his team suggesting that it died after the battle and the other tombstone is a reference to LOST SLIVER when Gold dies at the end of the creepypasta the Unknown were the main focus of the story and eventually spelled “I’m dead” which means that Gold passed away and those writings are Unknown.
